category thumbnails not showing on Basket page

If you go to my website and try adding any event to the basket, on that basket page, the thumbnails don’t show, even though I’ve added them on the Products Categories. The Event Categories don’t seem to allow upload of thumbnails images. Why are my thumbnails not showing?

Thanks for reaching out!

I think what you’re looking for here is the WooCommerce product image for your tickets, which you can set by going to the event edit screen, hovering over the ticket, clicking “Edit in WooCommerce“, and then adding a product image there. The ticket image you add on the event is used for all of the tickets in ticket emails, but it is not automatically set as the product image, which is what shows up in your cart.
