KeymasterHi Bryan,
Thanks for reaching out! You can do this by breaking an event from the series and then editing that event individually. It will retain the information from the original event, but you can then go in and change whichever details you’d like. However, the event will no longer be associated with the series, so any changes you make to the series will not affect events that have been broken off of it.
If you’re interested in making changes to events individually and keeping them in the series, can you please post this request over in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Terry,
Thanks for reaching out! Please note for future reference that we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations and custom CSS, but I went ahead and did this one for you!
You can actually remove the links entirely by following the instructions in our themer’s guide to copying over the content.php template (found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/content.php) and commenting out the following (found on line 47):
<?php tribe_get_template_part( 'month/nav' ); ?>If you prefer CSS, you can add this to the Custom CSS area under Appearance > Customize (if you have one) or to the style.css file of your child theme:
.tribe-events-month .tribe-events-sub-nav {
display: none;
}Please let me know how that works for you and if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Terry!
I took a look at the link you sent but was not getting any 404 errors. Can you tell me more specifically which links/pages are throwing the errors? Please also try running through the steps outlined in this post. These will typically resolve 404 errors with our plugins, but if not, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Ginnie,
Unfortunately your screenshot didn’t come through. Please note that if you are replying via email, attachments don’t work. You’ll need to reply via and attach the screenshot directly on the site.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Nicole,
Thanks for reaching out!
Could you first try updating Events Calendar Pro to the current version (4.4.18)? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, can you try running through the steps outlined in this article? These typically resolve 404 errors, but if not, the next step would be to test for conflicts with your theme and other plugins if you haven’t done so already. If you need a testing environment to do this in, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterDominik,
That is correct. Without them having an account, the system won’t “know” which ticket to change, so they need to be logged in when they register and logged in with the same account to deregister (change their RSVP response).
I hope that helps!

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately this is not currently something that is available out of the box, but it could be done with a customization. If you’d like to give it a shot, our themer’s guide is the place to start! This topic also has some good information on what is involved in customizing the map pins. If you’d like to get help with the code, we do have a list of recommended developers that you could contact. We are limited in the amount of support we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck, please let me know – I’ll be happy to help point you in the right direction!
I’d also recommend posting this request in our Feature Ideas Forum, which is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
I’m sorry I don’t have a more straightforward solution for you here, but I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Scott and Janet,
I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue as well! It looks like you (Janet) were able to resolve this by flushing the permalinks? Scott, can you verify if this worked for you as well?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Marcus,
Thanks for reaching out!
Currently, you could use categories to mark events as new, or also set events as “featured”, but you would then need to go in manually and remove those markers. To automatically remove them after a certain amount of time, you would need to do a customization. Our themer’s guide is the place to start if you’d like to give it a shot!
I’d recommend posting this idea in our Feature Ideas Forum, which is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
I’m sorry I don’t have a more straightforward solution for you, but I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

KeymasterHi Ginnie,
I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on! First, can you try updating to the latest version of Events Calendar Pro (4.4.18) and see if this is still occurring? Could you also send me a screenshot of the edit screen (event details section) for an event this is happening on?
Thanks!
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Dominik,
Thanks for checking out our plugins! Users can indeed unregister from an event. First, you will need to make sure that the “Require users to log in before they RSVP” setting under Events > Settings > Tickets is checked. Then, when they go back to an event they have RSVP’ed for, they will see a “You have 1 RSVP for this Event. View your RSVPs” message, and they can click to view their RSVPs and change them from that page. Note that they will need to be logged in with the same account that they used to create the reservation to change it.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer
