KeymasterHi Nicolas,
Thanks for reaching out!
There is not currently a way to change the details for a recurring event separately from the series without actually breaking the event from the series. We are working on building out this functionality in the future, but I currently don’t have a timeline I can give you as to when this might be implemented. I would recommend casting your vote for this feature request, which will help you stay up to date on progress.
If you need further help with this, will you please post this question in our Events Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in our Events Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
You will need to be logged in with the account that you used to purchase your Pro license to be able to post in our premium forums (I do not see that this account is associated with a premium license). If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers, and I would specifically recommend our New User Primer. Please do keep in mind that themes have an effect on styling, so some customization may be needed to get your styles to match the example that you sent.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Mel,
Welcome back to the forums!
You can edit the template for the tooltip by following these instructions to copy it into your child theme. The file can be found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/tooltip.php.
For a quick CSS solution, you can add the following:
.tribe-events-tooltip .tribe-events-event-thumb {
float: right;
}If you don’t see any changes initially, make sure to clear your browser/site cache, including unchecking the “Enable the Month View Cache” option under Events > Settings > Display. Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Brie,
I would recommend taking a look at this article for more information on setting your calendar as the main page.
Regarding adding a submit event button, submitting events from the front end of the site is actually a feature of Community Events. It does not actually come with a button, but you could always create a button yourself using the link to the submit event page!
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to test out Community Events, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Luis,
Event Tickets Plus does not currently have an option to require additional confirmation before sending out confirmation emails for RSVPs/tickets. Requiring the user to login would still be your best option. Sorry to disappoint you there!
If this is something that you would like to see added as a feature in the future, could you please let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Chip,
Yes that does add the comma similarly to your CSS, but I was really intending to show a starting point for where you could add additional markup. You could also add some CSS to display the li as a block level element (display: block;) for example, it really depends on what type of separation you would like to add.
As I mentioned previously, we are limited in the support that we can provide for customizations like this, but if you can tell me exactly how you would like it to display, I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Brian,
Thanks for clarifying!
You are using the shortcode correctly. Another option would be to remove the cost from the template directly. You would need to follow these instructions to copy it into your child theme, where you can then edit it. The template can be found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/voews/list/single-featured.php.
If you would like to stick with CSS, try using this instead:
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-loop .tribe-event-featured .tribe-events-event-cost .ticket-cost {
display: none;
}I just tested this out on your home page, and it was removing the cost on my end (see screenshot).
Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Nanja,
Thanks for reaching out!
We are not currently able to assist with custom coding per our forum guidelines, but if you get stuck, please send me a link to the code that you are using (preferably as a gist), and I’ll be happy to see what I can recommend!
Our themer’s guide is a great place to start when customizing our plugins, and our functions list should also be helpful. We do also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to have the code done for you.
Thanks,
Jennifer
December 16, 2017 at 9:40 pm in reply to: Can the Free Event Calendar show 3 months out. We need to see future events too #1407286Jennifer
KeymasterHi Kathy,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
Yes, there is no limit on the amount of time into the future that events can be displayed, so three months out would be no problem! I would recommend installing The Events Calendar on a testing site to test out the features and make sure it will work for your group. This article should help you get everything up and running.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer
December 16, 2017 at 9:34 pm in reply to: "This event has passed" – Display current events of that type #1407285Jennifer
KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out!
I just tested this out on my end, but I am still seeing related events, even when the event has passed. Can you try updating to the latest versions and see if that fixes this for you? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions.
The Events Calendar: 4.6.7
Event Tickets: 4.6.2
Event Tickets Plus: 4.6.2
I would also recommend testing this out in a default environment (default theme and all other plugins disabled) to see if the related events show up for you there.
Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for checking out Community Events!
Currently our Nonprofit Partnership Program only applies to Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus. We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Community Events for a test run to make sure it will work out for your organization, feel free to do so.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Peter,
Eventbrite Tickets lets you sync events on your site with those on eventbrite.com, but ticket sales are handled entirely within Eventbrite. Users will be taken to eventbrite.com to complete the purchase when they click on a ticket from your site. Our Event Tickets Plus plugin does allow you to sell tickets that you create on your site (including on events that were imported from Eventbrite), but not tickets created within Eventbrite. Event Tickets Plus uses WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to handle ticket sales within your site.
Please let me know if you have any questions on Event Tickets Plus!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jaap,
Thanks for reaching out!
Using the additional fields, there is not currently a way (out of the box) to add additional fees based on the user’s selections. However, you should be able to use some WooCommerce extensions to allow users to select these additional products and charge them additional fees. These options will not appear on the event page tickets section, but you can use the full WooCommerce product page for tickets, which will display the options just as a traditional WooCommerce product would. Can you tell me which extension you tried and what wasn’t working?
Thanks,
Jennifer
