KeymasterThanks for sending the screenshots!
Can you take a look under Events > Settings > Import > Global Import Settings and double check the setting for Default Status? This controls the status that events are set to when they are imported. If it’s set to draft, they would not show up on your calendar, but you would be able to see them under Events in the admin section. If this is the case, publishing them should get them to show up on your calendar.
Unfortunately you’re system info did not come through…can you please copy/paste it into a private reply? You can find it under Events > Help > System Information in a big black box.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Cork,
Events do include support for featured images, but they do not include image galleries by default. If you have a third party gallery plugin that allows you to use shortcodes, you can add these to your event description.
This would work the same way in Events Calendar Pro as in our free plugin The Events Calendar, so I would recommend installing that on a testing site to see if you can get it working the way you’d like.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Cork,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
It’s actually Event Tickets Plus that lets you sell tickets on your site (not Events Calendar Pro), and it uses either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to handle the checkout and payment processing. Both of these do come with support for PayPal!
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Bill,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
If all you’re looking for is a calendar with images that you can customize the link for, I think your best bet would be to use our free The Events Calendar plugin and customize the templates for month view to change the image links to your custom links. If you would like to simplify this process a bit, you could use the custom fields that come with Events Calendar Pro to add a “product URL” field to the event. This way, you could simply add in the product link when you create the event, and then have the field echoed out in the template for month view.
Using the code in the article you linked to, the image would only display if there was just one event for that day. However, you could modify it to always display the image. The image will not “be” the event (it will just be the featured image of the event), but by changing the link on the calendar as I mentioned above, users will not see the single event page.
As far as being responsive, you may need to do some tweaking depending on how much customizing you do with the image…adding multiple images to a day on the month view may require some additional CSS to ensure that it is displaying nicely on desktop and mobile.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to give this a shot, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Grant,
If you go under Events > Help from your Dashboard, you will see a System Information section with a black box. Can you copy the information in there and paste it into a private reply?
Your users should have a “View your submitted events” button at the top of the community event submission page, which displays a list of events that that user has submitted. For events that have attendees, you’ll see “Reports: Attendees | Sales” appear underneath the title.
Let me know if you are able to see the this on your end!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Brian,
I’m glad that editing the template worked for you! I’ll go ahead and close this out, but please feel free to open up a new one anytime!
Merry Christmas!

KeymasterHi Zora,
Thanks for reaching out! Using the date parameter with the shortcodes, you can choose a date in the past from which to start displaying events. You can also specify a specific category, etc., to further refine the results of the shortcode, which you can add to separate pages around your site. Can you give this a try and see if this will work for you?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Uwe,
I’m sorry you’re running into this issue with RSVPs! Can you please send me a screenshot of your ticket settings for one of the RSVPs where this is happening (with the sections expanded), along with a link to the event on the front end? I tested this out on my end, but I was not able to recreate the issue (I was able to create a new RSVP without entering a start/end date).
When you say that you are not able to empty the fields, are dates showing up that you did not enter (and are not able to remove), or are you trying to change/remove dates that you had previously entered?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Kamrul,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
You will automatically have a page that lists past events. While you can charge fees based on sales for tickets that users have created using Community Events, there is not currently a way to charge users for submitting the event itself. We are working on building out this functionality for the future, and I would recommend casting your vote for this feature request so that you can stay up to date as we make progress!
Using Community Events (which allows users to submit events from the front end of your site), the form is built-in to the plugin. You can require users to be logged in to submit events, but there is not currently a way to let them login via social media accounts. This is something that a third-party plugin may be able to offer (I did a quick search and found this one). This is to login to your site in general though, not a specific login for events.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to take any of our premium plugins for a test run! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Chip,
It sounds like you’re on the right track with what you’ve already added. Can you please send me a link to an event with some attendees so that I can see what you’re referring to? Styling from your theme can affect the list as well.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Nicolas,
Thanks for adding your vote to the request! I completely understand where you’re coming from. You are definitely not the first person to ask about this, and we are working on getting it implemented in the future. I’m sorry we haven’t been able to get it out the door yet! But thanks for being a long-time Pro user, and stay tuned for updates on this : )
