There is not an out-of-the-box way to list the dates and times for each event in a series on a single page, other than the “View all” page that it sounds like you are currently using.

However, you could get this set up with a customization. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but as a starting point, I would recommend taking a look at this snippet. Our themer’s guide and functions list should also be helpful. If you’d like to have the code done for you, we do have a list of recommended developers that you could contact.

I don’t see any other reports at the moment of other users running into this same issue, so I would first recommend making sure that you are running the current versions of The Events Calendar, WordPress, and the ACF plugin. You may also want to try this out with a default theme enabled (and all other plugins disabled) to see if there is something else that may be causing this.

This type of filtering is indeed possible with Filter Bar. You can see an example of how Filter Bar works over on our demo site wpshindig.com. In that example, the organizer field is set to use a dropdown, but you can also set it to use checkboxes, which would let users select multiple organizers at one time. This article has some more details on the settings that are available with Filter Bar.

Filtering works the same way for events that have been imported from Facebook (which requires Event Aggregator) as those that were created directly on the site.

I’m not familiar with that particular plugin, but our plugins generally play well with most plugins that are coded according to WordPress best practices.

Is there something in particular that you are looking to do with Constant Contact and our plugins together?

Hi Susan,

You can add an image to a ticket from within WooCommerce – if you go to the Advanced area of the ticket edit section, you’ll see an “Edit in ticket in WooCommerce” link (see screenshot). From there, you can add a featured image.

Are you referring to the shortcode that that user made? You can definitely give it a shot!

That user is trying to display a ticket form for one event, not multiple different evens like you have, so you may need to do some tweaking to get it working correctly.

If not, your best bet might be to simply create one event/page, list out the dates and times in the description, and then create a separate ticket for each date/time on that one event/page.

I’d also recommend testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins, and you may want to check our premium forums as well to see if another user has posted about a similar issue.

I’m sorry for the delayed response here! We did some testing on our end, but so far have not been able to recreate the issue. Can you tell me which iOS this is happening on? What happens when you try to export?

Can you also see if this still happens with a default theme enabled and all other plugins disabled? Since this was working previously, it could be that there is a conflict with the current version. If you don’t want to do this on your live site and don’t already have a staging environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

A public attendee list is indeed a feature of Event Tickets Plus. For each event, you can choose whether or not you want to display the attendee list on the front end. If this setting is enabled, the gravatars for the users will be displayed. This article has some more details on how this feature works, as well as some of the other features available with Event Tickets Plus.

In order to create a paid ticket (non-RSVP ticket), you will need to have either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads enabled, as these platforms handle the checkout process for ticket purchases. If WooCommerce wasn’t working for you, can you give Easy Digital Downloads a try and see if it works any better?
