I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue with the ACF plugin! However, we are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum. We use this to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
I don’t see any other reports at the moment of other users running into this same issue, so I would first recommend making sure that you are running the current versions of The Events Calendar, WordPress, and the ACF plugin. You may also want to try this out with a default theme enabled (and all other plugins disabled) to see if there is something else that may be causing this.
If you need further assistance with this, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license, but please note that we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for theme/plugin conflicts.
