    I have an active license for Event Tickets Plus (V. 4.6.2 ) and Event Calendar Pro. We had to disable Woo Commerce on our site because of a conflict with some of the theme’s plug ins but we should be able to create a ticket using Event Tickets Plus. When I try to create a ticket, I only get the option to create an RSVP but not a ticket. Please let me know what I need to do to make this work.

    Hi Michelle,

    In order to create a paid ticket (non-RSVP ticket), you will need to have either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads enabled, as these platforms handle the checkout process for ticket purchases. If WooCommerce wasn’t working for you, can you give Easy Digital Downloads a try and see if it works any better?

    It seems the problemw we are having is a conflict between Woo Commerce and
    our theme (WP-Bold). Isn’t the Woo Commerce plug-in part of our Event
    Tickets Plus that we purchased from Modern Tribe?
    I can’t get support from Woo Commerce because they only support
    subscriptions for their paid extensions.

    Hi Michelle,

    WooCommerce is actually a separate plugin from Event Tickets Plus. We made ET+ to work with either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads so that users can sell tickets simultaneously with other products on their sites, and also so that they can take advantage of some of the extensions for EDD and Woo to add additional features related to the checkout process.

    Were you able to give EDD a try instead?
