KeymasterHi Simon,
Ah gotcha, I understand.
The best place to look would be the code itself, as well as our Functions Archive, which lists all available functions.
https://theeventscalendar.com/functions/
We have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Simon,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
Unfortunately that isn’t something that Filter Bar is capable of by default, however you may be able to make this customization work on your own.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

KeymasterHi Terrence,
Thank you for your response.
Also, I installed your “Recurring Event Cleanup Tool”, however, I can’t test it out without purchasing another PRO license.
You can test it out by temporarily moving your license to the site where the recurring events have been created.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
As for your issue with events duplicating, as you may have read in the forum thread that you linked to, the unique identifier created for each event is changing each time your feed is imported, which is why you are seeing your events duplicated.
Basically, Event Aggregator does not recognize that your events have been imported previously, so it imports them again. This does not occur with every source, but it does occur with Outlook, and some other sources as well.
Unfortunately, I do not have a solution for this issue, as it is actually an issue with the way that Outlook 365 creates their feed. You can opt to use a different calendar service, like Google Calendar, or to contact Outlook 365 with this issue and see if they can assist in any way.
Sorry that I do not have a better solution for you here. Let me know if you have any other questions on this issue!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jacob,
In other words, does this work for one category but not another?
If so, can you try check this out in a private window, and/or clear your browser history and cache, and see if it works then?
I just tested this out with different categories on my own test site, and it appears to work as expected.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Neil,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Could you please flush your transients using a plugin like Transients Manager or via server, using WP-CLI? You can flush all of your transients (WordPress will repopulate them as necessary), or just the one associated with our plugin: “tribe_aggregator_origins”.
Sometimes this transient caches the response from our server informing that your license is still not present/activated in your site, even though it is.
Also, can you provide me with one of the URLs that you are trying to import? I would like to verify if this works on my test site.
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You have a few options in the WordPress Customizer on changing colors of your Events Calendar related pages.
In terms of the title of the ticket itself, you can add some custom CSS to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s stylesheet to change that element. I believe the element that you are referring to is td.tickets_name so you’ll want to add something like this:
td.tickets_name {
color:red;
font-weight: bold;
}Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Antonio,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
To start, please have a look at our Performance Considerations and see if there is anything you can adjust in order to help your site run better:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/performance-considerations/
After that, you may be interested in caching, so take a look at this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/caching-basics/
In addition, you can check out some of the solutions provided in this forum post:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/decreasing-loading-time-for-big-amount-of-events/
I would also recommend looking into some of the plugins in this blog post, as they may be able to help you pinpoint where site slowness may be occurring:

Let me know how it goes and if you need any further assistance on this topic!

KeymasterHi Jacob,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can try adding the category slug to the end of your past events URL, so something like this:

KeymasterHi Neil,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Yes, Event Aggregator is still a support product and all but Facebook imports should be working as expected.
As a first step, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?
Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

KeymasterThanks for letting us know. I will go ahead and close out this thread.

KeymasterHi Greg,
If you compare our two screenshots, you will see that the option to “Set shared capacity” is missing from yours.
Perhaps this is where the root of the issue is. Are you still seeing this occur on your tickets?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Valerio,
I’m afraid that the custom fields in Event Tickets Plus do not contain conditional logic — in other words, the questions asked will not change depending on what the visitor answers in a previous question.
Let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime
