    Hi Guido,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

How many scheduled imports are you currently running per day? You can verify this by going to your wp-admin > Events > Import > Scheduled Imports tab

You can also verify the current count of imports for your license by going to Events > Help under Event Aggregator System Status.

If you are reaching the daily import limit, then you can upgrade your existing EA license. Learn more here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/

I would also recommend updating your Events Calendar plugin as well.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: How does ticketing work event aggregator? #1365844

    Hi Joshua,

Thanks so much for reaching out again!

The image that you import with your Facebook event will appear as a Featured Image.  Once on your site, you can change the image or edit to to suit your site needs.  You can add tickets to the event after it is imported as well.

One thing that you may want to take a look at is your Import settings under Events Settings<Import.  You can decide how to control your Event Update Authority, which will affect how events are handled once they are edited:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregator-import-settings/

You have the option to schedule imports or to choose which events you’d like to import.  You can do this under Events<Import.

Here is our New User Primer for Event Aggregator:

And here is our Event Aggregator Knowledgebase:

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

in reply to: Customize filters different categories #1365351

    Hi Dries,

Welcome and thanks so much for reaching out!

You can add the Event Categories filter to Filter Bar, so that users can view events based on that category.

You can also use shortcodes to display different calendar options on different pages, if that is something that you are interested in.  Also, using this third-party plugin, you may be able to display calendars by category: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-shortcode/.  Note that we are not affiliated with this plugin, however we have had users have much success with it.

I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Alyson,

    Thanks for reaching out again!

I’m sorry that you are unable to see the column at the bottom.

Could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes.

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Great, I’m glad you were able to find a workable solution for your site.  I appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the support process.

You are welcome back in our support forums any time!

For now, I am going to close this thread.

    Have a great week!

That’s good to know, thank you for the update.

It seems like you have a few options with Avada at this time.  You can revert to Avada 5.1.6, as well as rolling back the Fusion Core and Fusion Builder plugins and see if that helps for now, as an alternative.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Recurring event issues #1365259

    Hi Ihtezaz,

    1. You should be able to see all of your past events in your Events tab in your WordPress backend.  You can sort them by Start Date if it makes it easier for you to view.  Events that have been cleaned up will not appear there.
    2. There is no exact limit on the number of recurring events that you can have on your site.  It depends on a number of factors.

Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: How many tickets is sold? #1365255

    Hi Dennis,

I have looked at the CSV you attached and can see that there are 302 attendees, all marked as completed.  Is the total sales number in your response one that you have changed with a custom field, or was it already at 266?  Let’s try to find those cancelled orders, which can hopefully help to shed some light on this situation.  You could look for them under WooCommerce<Orders<Cancelled or go to Events, hover over the event and click Attendees and there should be a full list of attendees, including those that have cancelled.

Let me know what you find!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Limiting check-in based on the tickets #1364580

    Hi Charul,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

One thing you can do is to create two separate tickets for the same event.  You can have one ticket for Day 1 of the event and another for Day 2 of the event.  This way, people can check in separately for each day.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Just upgraded, can't select iCal import #1364570

    Hi Lance,

I apologize for the delay, we are just playing catch up after the weekend.

I’m sorry to hear that your Event Aggregator license doesn’t seem to be working.

Can you check that the Event Aggregator is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.

You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.

If the issue persists, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Also, feel free to try Matt’s solution as well, let me know how it all goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
