KeymasterHi Jason,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Samantha,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
If you go to Events Settings < APIs, do you have your Eventbrite Account information entered in?
Our New User Primer can help get you started:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-eventbrite-tickets/
As for your other issue, can you provide me with a URL to a page where you’d like assistance, and I can try to give you some specific advice. Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Shanese,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As an Admin, you can add events from the backend of your site. These events show up on the frontend of your site and can be viewed in a variety of views. You can choose which views are enabled and which view shows first by default.
Here is our New User Primer for The Events Calendar:
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

KeymasterHi Jansen,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue with the purchase limit! I just tried to replicate this issue on my site, and with a purchase limit of 1, I can add two tickets as a user, but only one will show up in my cart. Therefore, I am not able to replicate your issue right now.
In that case, let’s start troubleshooting. As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme

KeymasterHi Jared,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by checking out our Themer’s Guide, which can show you how to copy and edit our templates and views:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Patrick,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can try adding the following CSS to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet:
div.tribe-events-single-section.tribe-events-event-meta.primary.tribe-clearfix {
display:none;
}Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sami,
Thanks for reaching out again!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site! What steps have you followed to set this up? Would you mind taking some screenshots of your setup so I can try to replicate things on my test site?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sammi,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, I’d recommend playing around with the stylesheets and page templates that you have set up. These determine how much of your calendar styling is pulled from your theme, which definitely affects how your calendar pages look:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stylesheets-and-page-templates/
If you do decide to change to a different WordPress theme, your events calendar will stay intact and your events will transfer as well.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brett,
Thanks for reaching out again!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue again. Would you mind sharing a screenshot about how these events are set up on the backend, as well as a link to the specific events where you are seeing the issue?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
