URGENT Missing "check in" row in the event organiser's dashboard

Hello,

I’ve followed the steps in order to affiliate a contributor role to an event planner but in his front & back-end dashboard the “checkin” row is missing.
So he cannot check in users by scanning their QR code only me as an admin can;
How can i fix this ?
