KeymasterHi Nathan,
We do state that Event Tickets Plus does not support recurring events on the product page for Event Tickets Plus, so that customers are aware of this issue before purchase.
Since you marked this thread as Resolved, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!

KeymasterHi Joe,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
With Event Tickets Plus, you have the ability to add Attendee Information, so that attendees have to fill out additional information before completing a ticket purchase or an RSVP.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nick,
No worries! Yes, if you revert to Twentysixteen, you will be able to revert back to your own theme. As mentioned in my previous response, it is always best to make a backup of your site before going through this procedure, just to be safe.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nicolas,
With the date attribute, you can choose a date where the events will start showing, so you can choose a date in the past for that, in order to show your past events.
Another option you may be interested in is The Events Calendar Shortcode plugin. We are not affiliated with it in any way, but some customers have had success using it to display past events.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dustin,
Okay, I see. Can you try deleting The Events Calendar and re-downloading it?
As I mentioned before, I’d recommend backing up your site before doing so, just in case.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, you can populate your calendar with recurring events. And with the addition of Event Tickets Plus, you can sell tickets for each of your events.
It’s worth noting here that Event Tickets Plus does not currently support recurring events. In that case, I’d recommend using Events Calendar PRO’s recurring events feature to populate you calendar with all of your events, and then Break Events from Series and create a ticket for each of those events.
You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Zac,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, you can create a calendar with recurring events, as well as many other features.
With the addition of Event Tickets Plus, you can create tickets for those events, so that customers can buy tickets for your events.
If you are planning on using our plugin as a booking plugin, you can limit the number of available tickets for each venue so that venues cannot get overbooked.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Phil,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Try altering the z-index using the following CSS snippet:
ul.ubermenu-submenu.ubermenu-submenu-id-4665.ubermenu-submenu-type-auto.ubermenu-submenu-type-mega.ubermenu-submenu-drop.ubermenu-submenu-align-full_width.ubermenu-autoclear{
z-index:100;
}Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Richard,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing on mobile view or point me to a page link where you are seeing this issue?
When I look at the mobile style with a default WordPress theme, I see everything lined up properly, so you may want to look at your theme, or play around with the stylesheets and page templates that are set up as a starting point:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stylesheets-and-page-templates/
I’d also recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Carolyn,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
By default, the Month View template on the mobile view will show up with dots that way, so that the mobile view isn’t crowded with events in a small square. You have the option to kill all responsive styles so that what you see remains the same regardless of the screen size.
Here is some more information on that which you may find useful:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/calendar-displays-mobile-view-desktoptablet-screen-sizes/
You can also try switching to a different view for mobile devices, such as List View. You can do this by going to Events Settings < Display.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nick,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m not able to replicate that issue, so I’m wondering if there is a conflict with the most recent version on your site.
In that case, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nicolas,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can add in a date range attribute to your shortcode in order to display past events of a specific category:

KeymasterHi John,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
We don’t have any phone support at this time, but I will do my best to help you here.
It looks like you only have a current license to Events Calendar PRO. WooCommerce Tickets has now turned into Event Tickets Plus. You can check your license key by going to your License Keys page and enter your license into the proper slot in your Licenses page on your site.
Here is more information on moving to Event Tickets Plus as well:

Let me know if you have any further questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime
