I cannot get events to automatically show on mobile devices. All I get is the little calendar image and users have to touch a day to show the events for that day. I want the default to be to list out the events for the next several days on mobile devices without the users having to interact with the screen when they go to the calendar page. For the life of me, nothing seems to do that. I watch my users go to the calendar page going, “huh?” there’s nothing here, not knowing what to do. Please help.

    Thank you.

    Hi Carolyn,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

By default, the Month View template on the mobile view will show up with dots that way, so that the mobile view isn’t crowded with events in a small square.  You have the option to kill all responsive styles so that what you see remains the same regardless of the screen size.

Here is some more information on that which you may find useful:

You can also try switching to a different view for mobile devices, such as List View.  You can do this by going to Events Settings < Display.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
