ModeratorHello,
Welcome to our premium plugin support forums! With these type of requests, we are unfortunately limited due to the sheer number of potential conflicts with third-party theme and plugin authors. For what is covered, please refer to our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
I would start by reviewing the Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can narrow down the exact source of conflict. Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. Note what you find and please include it in your along with your System Information as a private reply.
Our Themer’s Guide might come in handy as you’re most likely dealing with template overrides, so take a moment to make sure your code is up-to-date for any template overrides you might have.
Please keep me updated and have a great upcoming weekend. Cheers!

ModeratorWelcome back,
Your latest response was helpful. One last question: have you tried deactivating all plugins other than TEC, including PRO to see if the behavior persists? Thank you for the update and have a pleasant weekend ahead!
Hunter
ModeratorHello,
Thank you for the response. I would still try the WP Crontrol plugin just so you can get a visual of which crons you need set up in order for the plugin to work properly.
We don’t have any sort of list of the crons the plugin creates (that I know of), though it is a good idea we do. I’ll bring this to the attention of those responsible for these decisions and let me know if you have any troubles identifying the crons.
Thanks again and have a great weekend!

ModeratorHello,
I’m afraid I don’t understand your last post. I can attempt to communicate by using Google Translate, but the last post you made translates (roughly) in English to:
Hello yes I find them it arrives it 1 hour later good day.
I’m afraid this doesn’t make any sense, so if you can try rewording the post I’d be happy to help further assist. I’d also like to bring to your attention that we have a member on our support team who speaks French, so if you’d like to request them, let me know and I’ll loop him in.
Thanks and have a great weekend!

ModeratorHi and welcome,
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing troubles. I see in your System Information you have outdated versions of our plugins installed. Do you mind updating to the most recent versions available? Once that’s finished, review the Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can reproduce the behavior.
Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.
We are unfortunately not permitted to log into customer sites, so I’ve gone ahead and removed the credentials provided. For what is covered in the premium plugin forums, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
Let me know what you find out and have a good evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHello, Edward 🙂
I would be more than happy to help assist you with this request. If you copy the contents from this code snippet to the bottom of your theme’s functions.php file, the recurring events should no longer display in your WordPress Admin dashboard.
Please note: you most likely need to remove the first line of code from the snippet I linked to above. So you’d delete the code that looks like this:
<?phpLet me know how it works out and have a great evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHello and welcome 🙂
At this time, we only offer plugins on an annual basis. If you’d prefer other options, please visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submit your request there.
Please let me know if this helps answer your question and have a good evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Scott,
Welcome to our premium plugin forums and sorry to see you here under the circumstances. We are fairly limited on the level of support we can provide in these instances due to the sheer number of potential conflicts with third-party theme and plugin authors.
I’d start by researching the error in general, then more specific in relation to your theme. Does your theme author offer any sort of email or forum support? If so, I’d also see if there are existing tickets/topics on the matter.
Does you theme change jQuery from the version currently shipped with WordPress?
For more information on what is covered on the forums, please review the What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
Thanks and have a good evening!

ModeratorHi and welcome back 🙂
We are not the authors of Engage Your Community. Is there a possibility you mean the Community Manager Bundle? This particular bundle includes Community Events, Community Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and Filter Bar. To view a complete list of our plugins, please visit our Products page.
If you visit your Downloads page, you can view which plugins you have access to and download them there. On your License Keys page is where you’ll find the license keys you need to input on your WordPress site.
Please let me know if this helps answer your question and have a good evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Scott,
Welcome back and sorry about the issue you’re experiencing. We are aware of the behavior and are in the process of addressing the faulty code. I’ve added this forum thread to the aforementioned report.
Please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information. In the mean time, you could use CSS as a workaround. Please review this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video for a visual example. Thanks again and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or comments. Cheers!

ModeratorWelcome 🙂
It really depends which plugins you’re using that determine the crons needed to run. Have you tried using a plugin like WP Crontrol to gain more control over your crons? I would install it real quick to see which crons are set, that way you make sure you can cover them all in your functions.php file.
Let me know if this helps and have a good evening. Cheers!
Hunter
ModeratorHello,
Our plugins do use wp_cron. I believe in this situation you could use a plugin like WP Crontrol to manage your crons in your WordPress admin dashboard. Let me know if this recommendation works out for you and we’ll go from there.
Another helpful resource includes Our Favorite Developer Plugins which was written in hopes of alleviating some stress with the use of a few great plugins.
Thanks and have a great evening 🙂

ModeratorWelcome back 🙂
Sorry to hear you’ve run into troubles. If you have FTP access, I’d start by deactivating all of our plugins in your WordPress > Plugins dashboard. Then, delete the plugins and download the latest versions from your Downloads page. Lastly, upload the folders via FTP as instructed in this Manual Updates Knowledgebase article.
Make sure your site is in the state instructed in our Testing for conflicts guide. Please include your System Information as a private reply. Rest assured, your event-related content should still be in your database and appear properly once the plugin folder situation is addressed. Let me know how things go and have a good evening.
