Events module has been wiped clean of custom data.

My system looks like I never installed the program. I have event calendar plus and pro installed. I updated wordpress yesterday and everything got wiped clean. It says I need to install the events calendar and this happens…

How did this happen? How do I fix this?

Sorry to hear you’ve run into troubles. If you have FTP access, I’d start by deactivating all of our plugins in your WordPress > Plugins dashboard. Then, delete the plugins and download the latest versions from your Downloads page. Lastly, upload the folders via FTP as instructed in this Manual Updates Knowledgebase article.

Make sure your site is in the state instructed in our Testing for conflicts guide. Please include your System Information as a private reply. Rest assured, your event-related content should still be in your database and appear properly once the plugin folder situation is addressed. Let me know how things go and have a good evening.
