ModeratorI’m not entirely sure if you can link in people by email, so you may need to temporarily provide him your login credentials so he is able to get in touch with us. Thanks and let me know how you’d like to proceed. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorThank you for the update. What I’m going to do is log a bug report for the developers to review on a more technical level. Please send over the two files including 50 and 51 events mentioned in your last response along with screenshots of your Events > Imports > New Import (filled in as if you were setting up an import) and Events > Settings > Imports screens so we can mimic the exact steps you’ve been doing to reproduce the issue.
I’m not sure if nor what they’ll find, but hopefully it will provide more information and a workaround if necessary. Thanks for your patience and let me know if you’ve got any questions for me.
Have a great evening 🙂

ModeratorMy apologies for the delayed response while I discussed your topic with a few other support team members. If you are attempting to use one license on two WordPress installations, then you would need multiple licenses.
The dropdown you’re having issues with uses Javascript to perform, so can you please retest and make sure you have the ‘Inspect’ tool open and share any errors displaying in your console?
The issue you’re experiencing doesn’t appear to be widespread at this time, so if I’m unable to reproduce it I’ll go ahead and log a bug and hopefully the developers can reproduce the behavior and come up with a solution.
Thanks again for your patience and sorry you’re behind on your schedule. Hopefully we can get this squared away once and for all. Let me know if my answers have helped and have a good evening.

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for your patience. I had responded to this thread but apparently it didn’t go through correctly and I’m just now noticing :-/
@Mikko, I tried backdating to the versions you mentioned, but didn’t notice any difference in the Add to Cart button. Can you please further clarify which version(s) of plugin(s) I need installed to reproduce the behavior? @Jonathan, Does marking the font-family CSS with !important make a difference? @Tanya, code changes quite frequently but if something is actually broken, rest assured we’ll identify the conflict and get it resolved in an upcoming maintenance release.
Thanks to you all for your patience on the matter and have a wonderful evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Avary,
Before I am permitted to test the issue myself, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?
I also notice you have The Events Calendar: Community Events version 4.3.2 installed. Can you update to the latest version (4.4.1) just to make sure there isn’t a conflict due to running an older version?
Please keep me posted and take care!

ModeratorHey Mike 🙂
Do you have a Google Webmasters account? If not, I recommend setting one up so you can further investigate your Google search results. You’ll especially want to make sure a sitemap has recently been submitted. Let me know if this helps lead you in the right direction and have a good evening!

ModeratorThis appears to be a known WordPress bug. Try adding the following line to the bottom of your site’s wp-config.php file:
define('ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS', true);Let me know if you’re able to successfully upload the CSV file!

ModeratorChanges were made starting after line 262. If you visit https://text-compare.com/, you can compare the existing contents of /event-tickets/src/views/email.php with the code from the snippet provided.
Let me know if this helps!

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for your patience while we catch up on an abnormally large queue count. What I normally do in this instance is use my ‘Inspect’ tool to identify and make changes using CSS. This Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video is a great example if you’re unaware of the process. Our Basic font and color changes with CSS Knowledgebase article also helps answer your questions, so please take a moment and skim over it.
Let me know if this helps get you started in the right direction and have a pleasant afternoon!

ModeratorHi Mark,
Glad we’re making progress. Does the display issue occur when you revert back to the default WordPress theme and deactivate all plugins other than ours? Please review our Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you find out.
I went and checked to see if the behavior was similar on my test site, but everything looks good to me. Please keep me posted and have a good evening!
