    Hello 🙂

    Thank you for your purchase! We aren’t able to provide technical assistance in our Pre-Sales Questions Channel, so please create a thread in the appropriate forum and we’d happy to help look into your question. Thanks for understanding and have a great rest of your day!

    Hi Martha,

    Welcome back and sorry to see you’re having troubles with events not getting submitted. @Robert, please create a separate thread. Doing so helps expedite the process all around. Thanks for understanding!

    @Martha, I tested to see if I experience the same behavior on my test site but events are getting submitted properly. I see you have The Events Calendar: Community Events version 4.4 and the latest version is 4.4.1. Same situation with PRO. Please update to the latest versions, then review the Testing for conflicts guide and let me know if the issue persists.

    Thanks and have a great evening!

    Hello,

    Sorry to see you’re having issues with the recurring events. Before we proceed, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Please include screenshots of the ‘Time & Date’ settings for the event(s) showing events in the incorrect chronological order so I can attempt to reproduce the behavior on my test site.

    Thanks for your patience and hopefully we can get this squared away soon. Cheers!

    Hey David,

    There are a couple ways of going about this. You could set the ‘Number of events to show per page‘ option in Events > Settings > General to a number that exceeds the amount of events you have published or you could use tribe_get_events to alter how many events show in list view. If you’d like to see some kind of option in the plugin settings to allow for this functionality, please visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and upvote/submit your request.

    I hope this helps and have a great rest of your day!

    Hello and welcome,

    Sorry to see you’re having issues with PRO Recurring Events. What do you have entered in the ‘Create recurring events in advance for‘ field under Events > Settings?

    The issue with the “Schedule Multiple Events” button sounds like it might be related to a theme and/or plugin conflict. Can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? I’d also use the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. If any do, please share those with me as well.

    Thanks for your patience while we work to identify and resolve the conflict and have a wonderful rest of your day. Cheers!

    Hello,

    I’m not seeing any bug reports resembling the issue you’re experiencing. Before I’m able to test to see if I experience the same behavior, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Please include your System Information as a private reply.

    Once I have that information, I’d be happy to further investigate. Thanks and have a great evening!

    Hey Rich,

    There might be a theme and/or plugin conflict because I’m not seeing the same behavior on my test site using the latest versions and the default WordPress theme (see screenshot below). Can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?

    Thanks and have a great evening!

    Hey Chris,

    I tested on my local site but did not experience any issues. I notice you’re running version Events Calendar PRO 4.4 and the latest version is 4.4.1. Can you update to 4.4.1 and then review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Lastly, include the shortcode you’re using so I can compare it with what is working on my test site.

    Thanks and have a good evening!

    Hello 🙂

    Thank you for considering our plugins for your project! I’d be happy to help provide more information on which products best fit what you’ve described.

    Looking for something to work for a event with multiple days and activities as well as customized fields for registrants. We need to collect payment but not create a ticket.

    Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus in combination with an E-Commerce plugin such as WooCommerce would allow you to charge users to attend events listed on your site. You could disable the ticket from being sent since you do not need tickets.

    Additionally, we need be able to download ALL this data along with the customized fields as a CSV file. What products would we need to do this?

    You would also be able to collect attendee information and export any data you need with ET/ET+.

    The only limitation is that you would need to create separate tickets for each event. ET/ET+ and our Recurring Events feature included in PRO need more work on our end before they fully support each other. Rest assured it’s a feature already on our roadmap!

    You may or may not need PRO, so I’ll link to the product page which includes all the features and has some helpful screenshots as well. If you have any specific questions about any particular product(s), please let me know and I’d be happy to further assist. Thanks again for considering our plugins for your project and have a pleasant evening!

    Hi and welcome,

    Sorry to see you’re having a few issues. Can you please send over screenshots of the ‘Time & Date’ section for these events and I’d be happy to investigate further? We are unable to log into customer sites, so please refrain from sending credentials over in the future. I’d also like to share our PRO Recurring Events Knowledgebase article as it’s been recently updated. Thanks and have a good evening!

    Hey Jonathan,

    Strange it’s not working! I took a look at your site and was able to get the font switched to Oswald using my ‘Inspect’ tool, but I know CSS doesn’t always work as expected. Can you skim over our Basic font and color changes with CSS tutorial? Maybe it’s got something we’re both missing. Be sure to pay attention to the links provided at the bottom for further assistance.

    I was able to successfully change the styling for my Tickets texts on my test install by creating a file and saving it as /your-theme/tribe-events/tribe-events.css. The code I used is:

    .tribe-events-style-full.tribe-events-style-theme h2.tribe-events-tickets-title {
    font-size: 17px;
    font-family: "Libre Franklin";
    }

    Let me know if this helps and have a great evening!

    Hi Jeri,

    Thank you for running over the Testing for conflicts guide and providing what you found out. I checked our logged bug reports but am not finding anything resembling your issue, nor am I able to reproduce it on my test website.

    The next step is to set up a fresh WordPress installation where you can fully troubleshoot the issue. Make sure you have only the default WordPress theme and The Events Calendar installed and activated on the test site. Please review our Using One License for Live and Dev Sites and Moving Your License Keys tutorials for more information.

    I understand this is not ideal, but it is best practice to have a test site where you can work without interrupting your live site. Thanks for understanding and let me know what you learn. Cheers 🙂
