ParticipantHello,
I ve bought today Calendar Pro + Event aggregator licences, however, after a couple hours trying to set it up, I ve been disappointed, as have found on the forum that there is an issue with Windows servers and it’s in fixing progress. ..In fact, I ve been connected to FB account + API Meetup in settings, but when I click to the button import+ choose the source -> nothing happening at all: no other buttons appearing, nothing uploading etc…
I would like to know how long it will last, as I need the calendar feature properly working before this week-end.
Please, let me know, if it would last much longer, how I could cancel these 2 licenses. It’s not my intention, but I really need to have a calendar working and updated before this Saturday. Please, if it’s possible to get at least your old plugin Facebook events (as it’s the same price) and then swap to aggregator, when issue is fixed. I would accept it, but I need to get Facebook events plugin in this case.
Thank a lot for fast reply.

ModeratorHello,
Sorry to see you’re experiencing issues with Event Aggregator. I don’t have a concrete date when a fix will be included in a maintenance release, but I’ve gone ahead and backdated your license so you can access previous versions of Event Aggregator to see if any work for you. Visit your Downloads page and select the dropdown to download earlier versions.
Did you review our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, it is highly recommended and will eliminate the potential of a theme and/or plugin conflict. Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.
Please let me know if you’re able to get it working properly. If not, unfortunately the only other option is to visit our Refunds page so we can process that for you.

ParticipantHello Hunter,
Thanks for your fast reply.
Yes, the debug is ON + I ve downloaded your debug plugin as well, however, it doesn’t show any error on the top of page even when Inspecting element on the page – in console.
I’ve installed another version, as proposed, but still when clicking on Import and choose a source of Import (eg.Facebook) -> nothing happens…
I really wish that it works, any other idea to make it to work? The calendar is on page and other options there, however I cannot do any automatic update from other sources – the main reason why It was bought.
Waiting for news.
Thanks.

ParticipantHello, I’vent received the answer yet, but …
In debug I see that:
Request:events
Query String:post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=default
Matched Rewrite Rule:(?:events)/?$
Matched Rewrite Query:post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=default
I don’t see any thing else.
I ve tryed to install the previous version and it still doesnt work.
I was looking at Facebook events description and found that to use it we need to create Facebook developer account and to connect it…Should we do the same with the aggregator?
I ve installed plugins : event cal + event cal pro
I ve introduced API meetup + Facebook connected
My licenses are valid as well.
Please, let me know, why there is no tabs appearing when I wish to import Facebook or Meetup or other info?Looks like the bug is fixed and people use it… Errors are not appearing…
I would like to use your calendar, sure, give me a tip, where to look again… Thanks.

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for the update. Can you confirm you have reviewed the Testing for conflicts guide to see if a theme and/or plugin is causing the issue?
I was looking at Facebook events description and found that to use it we need to create Facebook developer account and to connect it… Should we do the same with the aggregator?
Yes, ensure you have everything set up properly under the Events > Settings > APIs tab. If you have not already reviewed the following resources, please do so and let me know if you’re able to successfully import events:
If you are still experiencing issues, it might be best you set up a fresh WordPress installation where you can fully troubleshoot the issue. Make sure you have only the default WordPress theme and The Events Calendar installed and activated on the test site. Please review our Using One License for Live and Dev Sites and Moving Your License Keys tutorials for more information.
Please keep me updated with the progress of your issue and have a wonderful weekend ahead. Cheers!

ParticipantHello,
Thank you for reply. I ve setted up a fully new Wp website and have installed EV cal +Ev cal Pro-> activated licences, connected accounts, Api etc, but Still it doesnt work.
When go to import and chose the source -> no other menu opening – nothing happens.I ve checked your advised articles and have thought that it maybe a problem because my website is situated on subdomaines? Can be that an issue?
Unfortunately, my main domain is redirecting to subdomain, so I cannot do a wp installation on it just for trying.Otherwise, if not this is an issue, I cannot explain why it doesnt work. No errors on the new site or any conflicts, as just these plugins are installed.
Waiting for fast updates.
Regards.

ModeratorMy apologies for the delayed response while I discussed your topic with a few other support team members. If you are attempting to use one license on two WordPress installations, then you would need multiple licenses.
The dropdown you’re having issues with uses Javascript to perform, so can you please retest and make sure you have the ‘Inspect’ tool open and share any errors displaying in your console?
The issue you’re experiencing doesn’t appear to be widespread at this time, so if I’m unable to reproduce it I’ll go ahead and log a bug and hopefully the developers can reproduce the behavior and come up with a solution.
Thanks again for your patience and sorry you’re behind on your schedule. Hopefully we can get this squared away once and for all. Let me know if my answers have helped and have a good evening.
