    Have you reviewed our Testing for conflicts to ensure you’re not working with a potential theme/plugin conflict? Let me know if the issue still occurs with the default WP theme and only our plugins activated and we’ll go from there.

    Hello,

    Unless you did a backup prior to updating the Avada theme, unfortunately the customizations may have been lost :-/

    You might want to try contacting your hosting company to see if they have a backup as most hosting companies do. I wish I was able to provide a more positive answer. I hope it helps and good luck recovering the lost data!

    Sorry to hear about the troubles. A helpful plugin in ensuring emails make it to their destination is Easy WP SMTP. In regards to the “unable to handle the request.” issue – does it still happen after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide?

    What do you have for Google Maps default zoom level option found under Events > Settings > General? (see screenshot below)

    I wish I had a more positive answer but at this time, I don’t have a solution/snippet that would remedy the situation until we have a permanent fix. With that said, so long as the Filter Bar purchase was within ~30 days, we’ll gladly refund the full amount. To request a refund, please visit our Contact page and we’ll get it going for you.

    Hey Keith,

    Thanks for reaching out. At this time, there is no way to import the feed of events from a Facebook group’s list of events. You can however import events from a Facebook group’s list of events manually by visiting each individual event, grabbing the event ID, and importing it via the Events > Imports > Facebook import tab.
