The Event Calendar Pro breaking site template

Hello,

I am following up on this thread.

The Events Calendar PRO plugin

We still do not have a solution. The Event Calendar works fine. However, whenever we try to upgrade to The Events Calendar Pro, it breaks the website. Only the header loads and no content underneath the header will load.

Please advise on how this can be resolved.

Sorry to hear about the site breaking.

1) Do you have The Events Calendar (free version) installed and activated while attempting to install and activate Events Calendar Pro (paid version)?

2) Can you send over your System Information as a private reply?

Yes, we have the Free Version installed when attempting to install the Pro version.
