ParticipantHi,
I hope you can help me out here, because I have two issues with the way the tickets plus plugin behaves on mobile screens:
1. The amount of free seats is not displayed in line as it is on other viewports. See here: http://cl.ly/3j1W3a13113r
BTW is there an option to disable the free seats to be displayed?2. When there are only very few events the filter sometimes “glitches” behind the footer of the site. This does not happen when there are enough events. See here: http://cl.ly/0r0d3I1l3t1r
It is still possible to reach the “hide the filter” button but this requires the user to minimize the different filter options.I am looking forward to some ideas from your side.
Kind regards,
StefanApril 6, 2016 at 1:36 pm #1099130Hunter
ModeratorHey Stefan,
Welcome back to the forums. I took a look at the screenshots provided and it appears you’re experiencing a theme conflict which extends beyond the scope of support we’re able to provide :-/
Does the issue still arise when reviewing our Testing for conflicts? One way you can start to make edits is by right-clicking your mouse and opening “Inspect” – from here you can view any errors and identify any CSS changes that need to be made.
I wish I was able to provide more support but with the amount of themes available, we’re fairly limited. Thanks for understanding and best of luck with the style customizations.

ParticipantHi Hunter,
thank you for your reply.
To narrow that down: Is there are CSS code I can use to bring that number of free seats in a correct alignment?I would pay for this, that’s ok. You, your team or someone can PM me.
Kind regards,
StefanApril 12, 2016 at 4:09 pm #1101628Hunter
ModeratorHey Stefan,
While we don’t personally take on these types of customizations, we do have a list of recommended developers that may be able to assist with the style requests.
I hope this helps and let me know if you have any further questions!
