ParticipantHi, I’m looking to limit the size of the list under the mini-calendar widget to 3 items. How could I go about that?

ModeratorHey David,
Welcome to the forums and thank you for choosing PRO!
Once you add the mini Events Calendar to your widget, you should see the option to set the amount of events to display (see screenshot below).

Let me know if this helps and thank you again for choosing PRO 🙂

ParticipantThanks but I guess I was referring to the shortcode “mini-calendar” not the widget. But speaking of the widget, I now see that it isn’t working for me either. I’m not using it for this build but for some reason when I add the widget to the widget bar, it doesn’t populate.
I mainly just need to know what to modify for the short code version for now. Thanks.

ModeratorWelcome back,
Take a look at our PRO widget shortcodes KB article and see if it helps accomplish what you’re looking to do.
In regards to the widget issue not populating, does it still occur when Testing for conflicts guide? Let me know and we’ll go from there.
Take care 🙂

ParticipantNo the shortcodes section does not answer this question. I’ve looked through your documentation fully and either I need to modify a php file or the shortcodes were not well explained in the documentation. For instance, it would make sense if [tribe_mini_calendar limit=”3″ ] would limit the list items to 3, but it does not.

ModeratorHey David,
Sorry for any confusion. There is a plugin in the WP repository that may achieve what you describe. Another idea I have would be to visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and add your shortcode ideas there. I definitely think it’s a good idea and can see others thinking along the same lines.
Again, sorry for the communication breakdown on my end and let me know if this helps in any way. Take care!
