Under “Alerts”, I’ve selected the “send an email alert…” box and added the email address of the person who should receive these. This feature isn’t working. After double-checking her spam/clutter folders, she hasn’t received any notifications.
Also, after someone submits an event, the following page is down. It says “unable to handle the request.”
Sorry to hear about the troubles. A helpful plugin in ensuring emails make it to their destination is Easy WP SMTP. In regards to the “unable to handle the request.” issue – does it still happen after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide?
