    Hello,

Thank you for sending that over. Before we go any further, I’ll need you to confirm whether the issue occurs after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide or not. Let me know and we’ll go from there. Thanks again. Cheers!

    Hello πŸ™‚

Thank you for sending that over. From the looks of it, nearly 100% of the requests you seek unfortunately extend beyond what we’re able to cover seeing they’re relating to your custom theme (see Forum Rules).

Relating to the option : VIEW AS , can there be an option to select a province EG KZN so that only events relating to their province appear and the rep does not have to wade through 9 provinces events?

Our Filter Bar Plugin offers the ability to sort by provinces. You can learn more about the plugin here.

Sorry I can’t be of more assistance with the theme conflicts and if it comes to it, we have a list of customizers that can help out. Good luck with the project and have a good weekend. Cheers!

    Hello,

I have a test install of the Avada theme and am unfortunately unable to replicate the issue on the custom post type included with the theme. I wish I was able to do more here but without being able to replicate the issue and seeing we have no bug reports resembling what you’ve described, there isn’t much more I can do.

We’ve got a list of customizers that might be able to solve the problem if it gets above your level of experience. I wish I had a better answer for you and wish you the best of luck. Cheers!

    Hey Jan,

Thank you for the response. Can you please confirm if the issue still occurs after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide?

Also, are you able to update to the latest versions and test again to see if the issue persists? Let me know and we’ll go from there. Thanks again and have a great Friday. Cheers!

    Hey Paul,

You are definitely right about the process as I just confirmed it after some more testing. It’s obvious we have a bit of work to do here and as previously mentioned, a feature report has been logged.

I noticed you have both WooCommerce Tickets and Event Tickets Plus on your site. Can you confirm you have Event Tickets Plus active? Additionally, you should delete WooCommerce Tickets plugin. Can you confirm the tickets show for your admin account? If not, check the sales dates to make sure they are active for today.

Other than that, we do not have a feature to add attendee meta from the backend at this time. As previously mentioned, I recommend visiting our UserVoice Feature Ideas page and add/upvote the idea there.

Thanks for the patience while I got back to you and have a great Friday. Cheers!

    Hi Linda,

Thank you for your patience while I looked into your account details. I see active licenses for both PRO and Event Tickets Plus and from my end, it looks like the license keys are entered properly. More info can be found here.

Would you mind sharing your System Information as a private reply? This will help me out a lot! Thanks again and have a great rest of your day. Cheers!

    Hey Pierre,

Welcome to our support forums and thank you for choosing Event Tickets Plus! After some testing to make sure I’m providing correct information, let me try and break down how it works…

If you have the ‘Try to set the status of new ticket orders to “complete” automatically’ box checked under Events > Settings > Tickets (see screenshot below), WooCommerce will mark every order as ‘Complete’ – whether it be an electronic payment or via a written check.

If you don’t have the ‘Try to set the status of new ticket orders to “complete” automatically’ box checked, electronic payment orders will be marked as ‘Pending Payment’ status until you manually confirm the payment through WooCommerce and check payments will be marked as ‘On Hold’.

I hope this clarifies how the plugin works and if you feel it needs any improvements, our ears are to the ground over at our UserVoice Feature Ideas page. Let me know if you have any questions or comments and have a great evening. Cheers!

    Hi Linda πŸ™‚

Welcome back and sorry to see you hear under the circumstances. Thank you for including your System Information with your initial post! Before we go too much further, I noticed a few of our plugins aren’t up-to-date. Are you able to update to the latest versions? Also, can you test to see if the issue still occurs after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide?

Thank you for choosing PRO and I look forward to your response. Have a wonderful evening. Cheers!

    Hi and welcome back!

I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all other plugins as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this? Would you also include your System Information as a private reply?

Just to make sure we’re not going in circles, I did a quick check of our logged bug reports and didn’t see anything resembling what you described. Thank you for choosing PRO and have a good rest of your day. Cheers πŸ™‚

    Hey Marc,

    Welcome back πŸ™‚

I unfortunately am unable to log into customer sites. Do those credentials allow viewing for the front-end of your events page? Also, you mentioned an attached file but I don’t see anything on my end. Can you possibly copy/paste what the issues are into this the body of your reply? Do the formatting issues still occur after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? I do want to point out that theme/plugin conflicts extend beyond what we’re able to support, though I’ll do as much as possible.

Another idea would be to visit Events > Settings > Display and try different configurations to see if one of those options does the trick? If you’re unfamiliar with our Themer’s Guide, it’s a great resource for creating custom templates that better fit your needs.

We appreciate you choosing PRO and have a great evening. Cheers!

Hey! I had a quick idea on a way to go about what you need, but it’s going to take a little custom development. What I would suggest it to enable archive view for Organizers by extending the post_type args (see https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/archive-pages-for-venues-and-organizers/).

Once that’s done, next step would be to create a custom archive template for organizers (by adding a file named _archive-{posttype}.php_ to the theme folder). Finally, adding a tags navigation before the posts are printed in the custom archive.

I hope this helps and again, good luck with everything. Cheers! (again)

    Hey Scott,

Do you have a Google Webmaster account? If so, are you able to resubmit a sitemap to see if you can “overwrite” what they’re currently displaying? This may take some time to reflect in Google’s search results, but it should address the issue.

After a quick check, it doesn’t look like we have any logged bugs of users reporting similar behavior. I look forward to your response and have a good rest of your day. Cheers πŸ™‚

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing that link with me. I had a feeling that’s what you were referring to, but it’s always best to double-check! To be honest, I’m not really sure the best way to utilize the organizer tags. I downloaded and activated the ‘Listing venues and organizers‘ and was able to successfully display a list of organizers using the [list_organizers] shortcode.

Seeing the snippet isn’t a built-in feature at this time, we’re fairly limited on how much support we can provide in these instances. It is ultimately up to you to decide the best way to use the Organizer tags. If you need a higher level of support, we have a handy list of list of customizers that can help out.

Sorry we can’t do more here and best of luck with the customizations. Cheers!
