Recurring Not Showing Up

    I believe I’m a Pro Calendar subscriber, but when I created an event that needs to repeat every week for 10 weeks, I don’t see the Recurring button as I see in the knowledgebase article on Pro:Calendar.

    Can you check my subscription and tell me why I don’t see this option?

    Hi Linda,

    Thank you for your patience while I looked into your account details. I see active licenses for both PRO and Event Tickets Plus and from my end, it looks like the license keys are entered properly. More info can be found here.

    Hey Linda,

    Thank you for sending that over. From the looks of it, I don’t believe you have Events Calendar PRO installed and activated on your site. If you haven’t already reviewed our New User Primer, it can help ensure you have everything installed and activated properly.
