ModeratorHey Florian,
Great catch on catching the JavaScript issue! I’m pretty sure our decision to require JS for that functionality was a deliberately thought out one. Without doing something terribly clunky, I’m not sure how we could generate the appropriate number of fieldsets for the user to complete (whereas by using JS, we can add and remove sets of fields according to the value of the quantity selector).
Not to say it’s impossible, just not the experience we want to offer folks. I hope this clarifies our position on the matter and please let me know if you have any more questions or comments. Cheers!

ModeratorKarly,
It doesn’t hurt to give it a try. And sorry things aren’t working out easier for you, but I feel like you’re almost there! Let me know how it goes and thanks for the update. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorDenise,
Do you see the options for Venues and Organizers after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? Reply back with your findings and we’ll take the next step. Thank you for the update and have a great rest of the day. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Nick,
Welcome back! I did a quick check of our logged bug reports and work often with the Eventbrite plugin and am not seeing any tickets nor similar behavior. I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as explained in our Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this?
When you say it “changes the timing in the Eventbrite page” – can you elaborate on this more? E.g. the start and end date consistently changes 4 hours earlier than the actual start/end time. Also, what do you have set for ‘Leave this event associated with eventbrite.com?‘ (see screenshot below)

Thanks for reaching out and have a great afternoon. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHi Denise,
Welcome to the support forums! Can you try adding a new venue/organizer under Events > Venues and Events > Organizers and revisit Events > Settings > Default Content and see if you’re new venues and organizers display in the dropdowns?
Let me know how it goes and thanks for choosing us for your events calendar needs. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Melani,
Welcome to the forums and thank you for choosing Event Tickets Plus!
1. You can edit the ticket by creating a template override as explained in our Themer’s Guide. The file you’ll need to overwrite is /event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php.
2. If you haven’t already, visit WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and also Events > Settings > Tickets and scroll to the bottom of the page and check the box (See screenshot below).

If that doesn’t work, try adding the snippet found here to your theme’s functions.php file.
Let me know how it goes and thanks again. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHey Adam,
It looks like that text is coming through from your theme. Can you confirm by reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? Our Themer’s Guide is an excellent resource for solving these types of issues. You can also visit Events > Settings > Display and try different options found there.
These types of conflicts are unfortunately outside the scope we’re able to provide (see Forum Rules) – but if it gets beyond your level of expertise, visit our list of customizers and see if any are able to help. One last idea would be to contact your theme author to see if they have any advice.
Sorry I can’t be of more assistance here and best of luck. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Shane,
Thank you for the response. I know what you mean by needing a set of “fresh eyes” on the troubleshooting! I know this isn’t the ideal situation, but the next step I’d take here is to set up a test environment on either a subdomain or a local server (XAMPP/MAMP) where you can try and replicate the issue on a fresh install with only our plugins installed and activated.
I sifted through our logged bug reports and am not seeing anything resembling what you’ve described nor am I able to reproduce the behavior. Let me know if this is a possibility and if so, what the results are. Thank you for your patience and please keep me updated. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for the response. I sifted through our reports of logged bugs and am not finding anything resembling your issue. In response to:
The bug is intermittent and therefore highly unlikely to be caused by a conflict with a theme or other plugin.
Until you can do some testing with only the default theme and our plugins active, there’s really no way to tell where the conflict is coming from. I have a few events that don’t end until the end of the year which I’ve been testing issues with for quite some time and haven’t experienced the same behavior you’ve described.
I wish I had an answer for you right now, but it’s going to take some testing in the state necessary to confirm bugs (Testing for conflicts guide) to actually confirm a bug is the culprit.
Thank you for understanding and please keep me updated with your progress. I know this isn’t the ideal situation and am hoping some light is shed soon on the matter. Cheers!

ModeratorDavid,
I personally like WP Rocket – but I imagine you can get great results out of most caching plugins available. It really comes down to how well you know what the plugins are doing, which is sounds like you do!
Glad we could be of assistance and let me know if you’ve got any more questions. Cheers!

ModeratorAlso, I added this thread to the ticket regarding integration with Visual Composer, so that definitely helps. I’d also check out our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submit/vote it as a feature idea.
Thanks again for understanding and cheers again!
Hunter
ModeratorHi and thanks for the response 🙂
We do have a decent amount of threads relating to issues with the Visual Composer, but I was unable to find a workaround for your conflict. Unfortunately, we aren’t in “full support” mode with Visual Composer like we are with WooCommerce, for example, but I know it’s being discussed.
I wish I had a better answer for you at this time and if it gets beyond your capabilities, I recommend viewing our list of customizers to see if anyone can help.
Again, sorry we don’t have a workaround at this time and best of luck. Cheers!
