ModeratorHey Charles,
Welcome back. Would you mind sharing the exact shortcode you’re having troubles with? Also, can you review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if the issue still occurs?
Let me know and have a great evening. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHello and welcome back,
Before I get to testing the issue myself, would you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?
Thank you and have a wonderful evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHello and welcome back 🙂
While I can’t give an exact answer why the datepicker allows to select past dates on the Community Events submit event form, I imagine it was discussed during the initial planning or a decision made later on.
I did a quick check of our logged/feature reports and don’t see anything resembling what you’ve described, so it doesn’t appear to be an issue for a large amount of users. I also did some research to see if I could find a work around in the mean time but was unable to come up with anything.
Our UserVoice Feature Ideas is the best place to voice your opinion on what you want to see in an upcoming feature and/or maintenance release. Sorry I don’t have a better answer or a solution for you in the mean time and best of luck with the customizations. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Simon,
Welcome back. If you wouldn’t mind, send over screenshots of your WordPress and Events Calendar timezone settings and I’d be happy to try and replicate the problem. Also, what do you have set for ‘End of day cutoff’ under Events > Settings > General? (see screenshot below)

Lastly, I always like to check you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide to make sure a theme/plugin conflict isn’t occurring. Keep me posted and have a great evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHello and welcome to the forums 🙂
Sorry to hear about the issue. Can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can replicate the problem using only the default WP theme and our plugins activated?
Let me know how it goes and please include your System Information as a private reply. Have a good evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHello and welcome!
Thank you for being so thorough and including the screenshots. If you don’t mind me asking, what is the method you use to bring up the list of events in Google? (2nd screenshot you shared with me) To make sure we’re not wasting any time, I checked our report of logged bugs and am not seeing anything resembling what you’ve shared with me.
Also, I see you’re using Yoast SEO; are you able to resubmit a sitemap via Google Webmaster and see if it picks up and displays the correct times? The process may take some time to update in the search engine results. And if you wouldn’t mind, please send over screenshots of your Timezone settings and I’d be happy to see if anything stands out.
Thank you again and have a lovely evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Lisa,
Welcome back to the forums and thank you for being so in-depth in your post. Before I investigate too much further, can you please confirm if the issue occurs after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? Ideally you could set up a test domain and attempt to recreate the issue with only the default WP theme and our plugins installed/activated. Let me know if that’s possible and if so, what the results are and we’ll continue investigating from there.
Side note: while navigating your site, the load times were unfortunately pretty slow. I encourage you to read up on the following articles that can hopefully help improve speeds:

ModeratorHey Florian,
I can confirm the current behavior allows for tickets with required fieldsets to be added to cart when JS is disabled. With that said, I’ve logged another bug noting the incorrect behavior and we’ll be including a fix in an upcoming maintenance release. I’ve also linked this forum thread to the logged report for the developers to reference while making improvements.
I can’t give you a concrete date but please keep an eye on your wp-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for release notes. Thank you for being patient while we investigated the issue and please let me know if you have any more questions or concerns. Cheers!

ModeratorKarly,
Thank you for the update and should the code not work in a future update, feel free to create a new thread and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Have a great week 🙂

ModeratorHi Denise,
Forgive me if I’m confused, but I believe you’re asking where to find your events once you’ve created and published them? If so, visit Events > Settings > General and look for the ‘Events URL slug’ setting (see screenshot below).

Our plugin doesn’t actually create a page, but more of an archive, so you’ll visit your-site.com/events (or whatever you have for the aforementioned setting). Let me know if this helps answer your question and if you haven’t already, I recommend reviewing our New User Primer as it contains a plethora of useful information.
Have a great afternoon and thank you for keeping me posted. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Tim,
Thank you for your patience while I tested the issue. I was unfortunately unable to reproduce the behavior described. Can you please send over a screenshot your WordPress timezone settings under Settings > General > Timezone? Also, can you please confirm you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide to ensure a theme and/or plugin conflict is not occurring?
One KB article I like to pass along regarding timezones can be found here. Keep me posted with the status of your issue and I look forward to getting this resolved. Have a great afternoon 🙂

ModeratorHi and welcome to the support forums!
Sorry to hear about the issue. Can you provide the link you’re having troubles importing and I’ll try and replicate the behavior? Also, I see you’re running an outdated version of TEC (free version) – are you able to update to the latest version (4.2.6)?
Also, please confirm you tested with only the default WP theme and our plugins active as outlined in the Testing for conflicts guide. Thanks for choosing PRO and iCal Importer and have a great weekend. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHey Dan,
Welcome to the support forums and well done figuring out the email issue! I’d be happy to help point you in the right direction for customizing emails. The files you’ll need to overwrite can be found in /event-tickets/src/views/tickets. To avoid losing customizations, you’ll need to save them as [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php. See our Themer’s Guide for more info.
I hope this helps and thanks for choosing PRO and Event Tickets Plus. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Nick,
Can you please provide the calendar URL you’re attempting to import? Also, would you mind reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide to ensure a theme and/or plugin conflict isn’t in play?
Thank you for choosing iCal Importer and have a great afternoon. Cheers!
