ParticipantHello,
We have noticed that the number of tickets available is not updating when people are purchasing tickets.
Currently, we are using these ticket settings:
Enable global stock: Yes
Global Stock level: 12
Selling using: WooCommerce
Global stock mode: Independent (do not use global stock) <– this is the default setting on the events.Any thoughts?

ParticipantI have attached screenshots of my settings here. The customers are paying with PayPal. I have to manually complete the purchases after I verify the funds are deposited into the PayPal account.

ParticipantUPDATE — I have disabled “Enable Global Stock” but new purchases are still not subtracting from the “Units Remaining.” Each event has its own unique stock of 12 tickets and so far none are subtracting.
*Also, how do I fix the events that already have purchased but have not subtracted?

ModeratorHey Shane,
Before I test the issue myself, would you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?
Thank you and have a wonderful evening. Cheers!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
I have already done everything in the guide during the course of the day. I have been trying to figure this out myself (in hopes of saving you time) but I must be missing something or there is a bug. Maybe I need some fresh eyes on this.
COMPLETED: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Step 1) Switch to the Twenty Sixteen theme. Go to your site’s WP Admin area. In the left-column menu, click Appearance > Themes. You will see the themes available on your site. Move your cursor over the “Twenty Sixteen” theme, and click “Activate”.
Step 2) Disable all plugins except Tribe Events plugins. In the left-column menu of WP Admin, click Plugins > Installed Plugins. You will now see all the plugins you have installed. Click the checkbox next to every one except The Events Calendar, and any Events Calendar addons like Events Calendar PRO. From the Bulk Actions drop down menu, select “Deactivate” and then click “Apply”.
Step 3) Clear your browser cache, and retest. Once you have followed the steps for clearing your browser cache, go into your site and try to recreate the problem you originally noticed. If it is now fixed, that means there was a conflict. The next step is to find the source of that conflict.

ModeratorHey Shane,
Thank you for the response. I know what you mean by needing a set of “fresh eyes” on the troubleshooting! I know this isn’t the ideal situation, but the next step I’d take here is to set up a test environment on either a subdomain or a local server (XAMPP/MAMP) where you can try and replicate the issue on a fresh install with only our plugins installed and activated.
I sifted through our logged bug reports and am not seeing anything resembling what you’ve described nor am I able to reproduce the behavior. Let me know if this is a possibility and if so, what the results are. Thank you for your patience and please keep me updated. Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. Thanks so much!
