ModeratorHey Ruth,
Welcome to our premium plugin support forums. I’m looking at the Yoast box on both my local (non-https) and my live (https) site and am not experiencing the same behaviors you are. I also checked the logged bug reports to ensure there aren’t any reports logged, but I’m not seeing anything.
Can you confirm you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If you have not, please do so and reply back with what you learn.
Thanks and have a great upcoming weekend. Cheers!

ModeratorChristopher,
Thank you for sending over that information. I’ll close this thread out for the time being, but please feel free to open a new thread if you come across any other questions or issues. Have a great weekend ahead!
Cheers 🙂

ModeratorWelcome back,
Thank you for sharing your solution with me. I’ll be sure and note the behavior in the case it becomes more common. I’m happy to hear things are worked out for the time being and please create a new thread if you have any new questions or concerns. Take care!

ModeratorHey Callie,
I can confirm what you’ve described. By replacing the code you shared with me, the ‘Tickets are not yet available.‘ appears. I’ll bring this to the attention of my support team members and we’ll review the closed bug report relating to ticket messages. If the developers determine this is a bug rather than by design, we’ll go ahead and get this addressed in an upcoming release.
Thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue and find the exact source of code. This gives me ground to stand on when making a report. Have a great upcoming weekend and take care. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
@dave, thank you for jumping in here. If you wouldn’t mind, please create a separate thread for your issue. It helps expedite the process for everyone involved. Thanks and I’ll keep an eye on the queue for your thread!
@Tim, did you revert back to the default WP theme and deactivate all plugins other than ours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide? I’ll need a direct response to this question before we can proceed.
Thanks to the both of you for understanding and have a great weekend ahead. Cheers!

My apologies for not including that information in my previous response. Yes, it was taken using the Chrome Browser. Have a great upcoming weekend 🙂

ModeratorHey Erik,
Welcome back and thank you for providing clarification. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to be of much assistance here. You might want to try contacting the authors of The Events Calendar Category Colors and refer to their Wiki for more info. I also recommend reading our Styling events widgets Knowledgebase article.
Sorry I can’t do more here and for more info on what’s covered, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
Thanks for understanding and have a great holiday weekend. Cheers!

ModeratorDavid,
Based on the information provided, it’s more than likely you have a theme and/or plugin conflict occurring which we’re unable to support. The best advice I can offer is to set wp_debug to ‘TRUE’ on your wp-config.php file and if you didn’t already, try temporarily reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours to see if you can isolate the cause of conflict.
We have a list of customizers available for hire that can help further assist. Sorry I can’t do more here and have a great weekend. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Wayne,
I completely understand your frustration, believe me! I’ve put tens of thousands of hours into learning how to build, maintain, and promote websites. Our goal and promise is to build the best plugins possible and provide support for conflicts within our own code. If we were to take on every conflict our customers had, we would never be able to improve our own code and release new features. There are individuals and companies that exist specifically for resolving WordPress website issues. We have a list of customizers available to provide further assistance. I hope this clarifies our position on the matter.
You can add the theme needed for the Testing for conflicts guide by hitting the ‘Add New Theme‘ button (lower right-hand corner of the screenshot you shared with me). From there, search for ‘Twenty Sixteen‘ and install/activate it.
Please let me know what the final results are once you’re able to successfully complete the Testing for conflicts guide. Thanks again and have a great holiday weekend. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Lisa,
I’m not seeing any logged bug reports resembling what you’ve shared with me and I’m not seeing any similar errors on my log. I really wish I could help out more but there’s unfortunately not much I can do.
I checked our reports again and there are still no bugs resembling your issue logged at this time. Sorry again I can’t help out more and best of luck finding the source of conflict and a clear resolution. Have a great holiday weekend. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Chris,
Thank you for your purchase and welcome to the PRO support forums. Before I test the issue myself, can you please review our Working with timezones Knowledgebase article? If you’re still having issues after that, please let me know and I’d be happy to further investigate. We also ask you confirm whether or not the issue occurs after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide to rule out the possibility of a theme and/or plugin conflict.
Thanks again and I look forward to your response. Have a great evening!
November 22, 2016 at 5:42 pm in reply to: Events Calendar Pro Title In Month View Is Incorrect #1196259Hunter
ModeratorHi Milton,
Welcome back to the PRO support forums. I’m not exactly sure what’s going on here, but I would probably start by looking at the files related to the month view to see if there is any code causing the title to display the unnecessary text. Our Themer’s Guide should provide insight on where the files you need are located. If you need any specific help, please let me know and I’ll do my best to help.
Unfortunately, we are pretty limited on theme and plugin conflicts, so if it gets beyond your level of expertise I’d check out our list of customizers for additional assistance.
Keep me updated on what you find and best of luck. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Tim,
Sorry to hear you’re having troubles and welcome back. I attempted to reproduce the behavior described, but I’m able to successfully edit a ticket and it’s corresponding fieldsets. Can you confirm you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and respond back with what you find out.
Thanks and have a great evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Matt,
Thank you for posting and welcome back. I took a look at your site and it looks like your CSS is working properly. (see screenshot below)

Other than referring you to our Themer’s Guide and this Using the ‘Inspect’ tool to make changes with CSS YouTube video, there isn’t much more I can in this instance.
If you get caught up along the way, feel free to reply back with specific questions. Please keep me updated and have a great rest of your evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Stuart,
Thank you for reaching out to our Pre-Sales Questions channel. I would be happy to help address you concerns. The functionality you’ve described is not available as a built-in setting with either the free or PRO version, but could be managed using a bit of custom code using tribe_get_events.
We aren’t able to provide technical support via our Pre-Sales Questions channel, but feel free to post a thread in our PRO support forums after your purchase is complete and we’d be happy to assist. Please note customization and conflict requests extend beyond what we’re able to cover, but we’re always happy to take a look and provide assistance where possible. For more information, please refer to our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
I hope this helps and have a great rest of your week. Cheers!
