ModeratorHey Ganga,
I hope you had a great weekend! Try adding the Automatically Complete Orders snippet from WooCommerce to your theme’s functions.php file and let me know if the emails get sent upon purchase. You might also need to change your Gmail settings for less secure apps.
Once you’ve done this, try completing an order and be sure to check your spam folder for the tickets. I can assure you the problem you’re experiencing is not a known bug, so please let me know how the above information helps and enjoy the rest of your evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Erik,
I hope you had a great weekend! I understand your end goal here, but as much as I’d love to, I’m just not permitted to spend time on these types of requests. I’d be happy to ask some fellow support team members who have more experience with the plugin widget style options if they have any advice, but I can’t promise that will results in a viable solution. Feel free to ping me tomorrow for a response.
Have a good week ahead and take care. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHey Tim,
Welcome back and I hope you had a great weekend. I was asking if you were able to do the Testing for conflicts guide on your live site, so you’ve clarified that for me. Are you seeing any errors on your server’s error log? I’d add the following lines to your site’s wp-config.php file and go through the steps to reproduce the behavior, then note any errors you’re getting and please share them with me. Have a great Monday ahead. Cheers!
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );November 27, 2016 at 6:07 pm in reply to: [tribe_events] shortcode CSS doesn't match the "main events page" #1198071Hunter
ModeratorTommy,

ModeratorHey Nicholas,
Welcome and sorry to hear you’re experiencing troubles. I’m not seeing any logged bug reports resembling what you’ve described. I’m also unable to reproduce the behavior on my test site. Can you confirm reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If you haven’t already, please do so and reply back with what you learn.
If you already have, I would then set up a test installation on a local server or subdomain using only the default WP theme and our plugins active, then attempt to reproduce the issue. Ensure ‘WP_DEBUG‘ is set to ‘true’ on your wp-config.php file.
If it comes to it, we have a list of customizers available to help further troubleshoot. Keep me updated and have a great evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Ganga,
Sorry to hear you’re having troubles. I recommend installing a plugin like Easy WP SMTP to help ensure emails get delivered properly. Additionally, we don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors, so that’s a good sign it’s a simple conflict on your site.
For more information on what is covered on the support forums, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
I hope this helps and have a great evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Toby,
Sorry to hear you’re having troubles. The best way around this would be to review our Themer’s Guide. It provides instructions on how to create and properly save custom files.
If you get hung up along the way, feel free to send over any questions you might have. We’re pretty limited in these instances, but we always try our best. Thanks and have a great evening. Cheers!

Thank you for posting and sorry to hear you’re having troubles. The first step here is to identify if there is a theme and/or plugin conflict going on. Please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you find out.

ModeratorHi Matthias,
I checked the bug report and there has been recent activity. It is also marked as priority level 1, so that means we have expedited it and a fix should be released any day now. Sorry I don’t have a concrete date for you, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more info.
Thanks and have a great upcoming weekend. Cheers!

ModeratorWelcome back, Florian!
I checked the status of the logged bug report relating to the issue and it’s still in progress, though it has been bumped up to priority level 2 and has had recent activity; all which are good signs. I also went ahead and added this forum thread to the report.
Sorry I don’t have a temporary workaround and please keep an eye on our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs rather than creating new threads to inquire about open tickets.
Thanks for understanding and have a great rest of your week. Cheers!
