ParticipantOrder Number 1175734/installed Event Tickets Plus Version 4.2.7.1
The basic functionality of sending an event email does not work. We tried several times to install your plugins and uninstall. Not sure why this functionality is not working.
We need clear resolution on this issue,When we buy the product with support we expect clear one on one support. Unfortunately the support seems to be poor in this case. You do not have email or phone number for your customers who purchased your product.
Appreciate quick reply
Thanks

ModeratorHi Ganga,
Sorry to hear you’re having troubles. I recommend installing a plugin like Easy WP SMTP to help ensure emails get delivered properly. Additionally, we don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors, so that’s a good sign it’s a simple conflict on your site.
For more information on what is covered on the support forums, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
I hope this helps and have a great evening. Cheers!

ParticipantHi Hunter
I found the issue, Basically the tickets plus is not notifying woocommerce about order complete.
Even the option in ticket plus is selected to inform woocommerce that the order is complete.
see the screenshot here
But when i make the order complete in woocommerce –> orders, then the ticket information is coming through email.
So can you let me know where is the issue?
Regards

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Unable to resolve the issue. We tried re-installing the Easy WP SMTP plugin and the Event plus plugins. Even we tried with our gmail account instead of company email. It is not working.Do you have step by step process to validate and resolve the issue. Again we are looking for basic functionality of notification email.
Appreciate quick reply
Thanks

ModeratorHey Ganga,
I hope you had a great weekend! Try adding the Automatically Complete Orders snippet from WooCommerce to your theme’s functions.php file and let me know if the emails get sent upon purchase. You might also need to change your Gmail settings for less secure apps.
Once you’ve done this, try completing an order and be sure to check your spam folder for the tickets. I can assure you the problem you’re experiencing is not a known bug, so please let me know how the above information helps and enjoy the rest of your evening. Cheers!
