ModeratorHi Ron,
Welcome to our Pre-Sales Questions channel and thank you for reaching out! While there isn’t a method at this time to break down reports by organizer, there is a section for each event where you can see the attendee and sales reports. More info including screenshots can be found here.
There are also two ways of collecting fees; either the route you’ve described or a split payment method. More info on that can be found on the same page I linked to above.
Please let me know if this helps answer your question and have a wonderful afternoon. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Jennifer!
Would you mind sending a link to the thread you referenced? I also notice the version of The Events Calendar (free version) is outdated. You’re running version 4.2.1 and the latest is at 4.3.3. Lastly, we’ll need you to review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you learn.
Thank you for choosing us for your events calendar needs and have a great evening. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorMichael,
Thank you for being thorough in the description of your issue as it was helpful when attempting to reproduce the behavior. I don’t know whether this is a bug or by design, but I went ahead and created a bug report and once the developers have a chance to review the ticket, I’ll have a better idea on how to answer your question.
Thanks again and stay tuned for an update. Have a great week ahead and take care. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Erick,
It’s been brought to my attention you also reached out via email, so if you haven’t already please check your inbox and if you still have questions, we’d be happy to respond there. Thanks and have a great evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Nicholas,
Thank you for purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! I first recommend reviewing our Selling tickets from the WooCommerce products page Knowledgebase article. If you still have any questions, feel free to send them over and I’ll do my best to answer. Have a great afternoon and thanks again. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Joseph,
Thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin forums! It looks like your theme is overriding the featured images you’ve set when adding/editing an event. I’m unfortunately pretty limited on what I can do here, but the first step is to review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you learn.
Thanks again and have a good afternoon. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Jessica,
Thank you for reaching out and I hope you had a great weekend. If you have a Google Webmaster account set up and attached to your site, you should be able to test the issue on a more thorough level in the Webmaster dashboard.
If you don’t have an updated sitemap submitted, I’d do just that as it usually helps with the incorrect dates being listed. Let me know what your Webmaster situation looks like and if any of my recommendations help. Thanks again and have a good afternoon. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Evan 🙂
Welcome back! I went ahead and removed the password you shared with me in your initial post. Please refrain from sending over credentials as we are unable to log into customer sites. Try adding the following CSS to your Avada > Theme Options > CSS tab:
#tribe-events-bar #tribe-bar-form {
display: none;
}Please let me know how it works out and have a great afternoon. Cheers!
November 28, 2016 at 11:24 am in reply to: Timezone settings for ical feed with 'Zulu' time set for events #1198602Hunter
ModeratorChris,
Thank you for the response. As user @tashminaartists pointed out, events imported through Event Aggregator which have a timezone will keep that timezone. Events without a timezone will be assigned to the sitewide timezone. We have a logged feature report aimed to address this shortfall you’ve pointed out, so I’ve added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of it getting added into an upcoming release.
I know this is not ideal and thank you for your patience while we work to better improve how the plugin handles events with a different timezone than your WordPress site. Have a good afternoon and please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Cheers!
November 28, 2016 at 11:20 am in reply to: Include events in main blog loop : Confusing, Almost unusable… #1198598Hunter
ModeratorChris,
Try adding the following line beneath the line containing ‘ASC’ and it should hide events from the main blog loop after their end date has been reached.
$query->set( 'start_date', date( 'Y-m-d H:i:s' ) );I also recommend changing:
remove_filter( 'posts_fields', array( 'TribeEventsQuery', 'multi_type_posts_fields' ) );to:
remove_filter( 'posts_fields', array( 'Tribe__Events__Query', 'multi_type_posts_fields' ) );Hunter
ModeratorHello,
Thank you for reaching out. I attempted to reproduce the behaviors you shared with me, but I did not have any issues. Before we proceed, can you please confirm you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, can you do so and reply back with your findings?
Thanks again and have a great Monday. Cheers!

ModeratorHi and welcome 🙂
Thank you for sharing the screenshot, they’re always helpful! Are you running Microsoft Windows 7 on the computer you’re experiencing the overlapping datepicker? We have a logged bug for the issue, but it seems to be limited to Windows 7 users.
Thanks again and I look forward to your response. Take care!

ModeratorThank you for understanding and have a great week ahead. Take care!

ModeratorHi Wayne,
Welcome back and I hope you had a great weekend! Thank you for sharing the screenshots in your response. Can you please send over your System Information as a private reply? You should not have to move events from one calendar to another. By installing/activating PRO, it simply adds a few added features and does not require any kind of transition.
It appears the calendars seen in the first screenshot are actually widgets. Can you visit Appearance > Widgets and look to see if there are two event calendars added? I also notice you’re running an outdated version of Events Calendar PRO (4.3.1.1). Can you please update to version 4.3?
Once I have your System Information, that will help point us in the right direction. Rest assured we’ll get this resolved. Have a great rest of your evening and take care. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Thomas,
I hope you had a great weekend. The errors you’re sharing with me don’t seem to be complete coming through. Feel free to share them via Pastebin.com. I’ll also need you to confirm whether or not the errors are occurring with the default theme and only our plugins active. If you’re unable to do this on your live site, it’s recommended you set up a test environment when you can fully troubleshoot the issue.
Thank you for understanding and have a great evening. Cheers 🙂
