Cyber Monday Sale – Bought based on your spam ad

Good Afternoon

I bought another year of Events Pro based on your Cyber-Monday spam ad, (my license does not expire till July 2017) but when I applied the new license that was sent to me, I only received a license up till Nov 28 2017, so only an additional 4 months.

If you are going to spam advertise your products for Cyber Monday to your existing clients, (me) you should have it so the license is valid for an additional year from the date the old one expires, not just a calendar year from the date it was purchased,

Hoping someone will be able to rectify this soon, and hoping you fix this so none of your other clients run into this issue
