ModeratorHi and welcome back 🙂
Please do keep me updated and I would recommend following the steps Cliff asked Karen to do in that post and reply back with what you learn. Thanks and take care!

ModeratorAlan,
Welcome to our Pre-Sales Questions channel and thank you for reaching out. From what you’ve described, I believe recurring events would help expedite the process of adding events. For more information, please review our PRO Recurring Events Knowledgebase article.
If you still have any questions, please feel free to send them over and I’d be happy to answer them. Lastly, we have a 30-day money back guarantee, so if you wanted to test drive PRO and things didn’t work out, we’d be happy to take it back.
Thanks again and have a good day. Cheers!

ModeratorHello!
First off, thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! By default, events should display by their start date, so I’m not sure why they’re displaying by their post date. Can you temporarily revert back to the default WP theme and deactivate all plugins other than ours as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you’re experiencing a theme and/or plugin conflict?
Let me know the results of that and we’ll continue investigating from there. Thanks again and have a good evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Travis!
First off, thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! At this time, there is no way to differentiate the events in a recurring series as you’ve described. We do have a few feature reports logged which describe similar behavior you’re seeking, so I’ve gone ahead and added this forum thread to those reports which helps expedite them.
Please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information. Thanks again and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or comments. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Jack,
I’m not aware nor can I locate any documentation on how to go about recovering deleted attendee records. Your best bet is to check the wp_postmeta table for that information. You might also try contacting your hosting company as they typically have regular backups.
Let me know if any of this helps and sorry we can’t do more in this situation. Best of luck and have a great Wednesday. Cheers!

ModeratorWelcome back, Kevin 🙂
I’m not seeing any logged bug reports resembling what you’ve described. I’m also unable to reproduce the behavior on my test site. Before we proceed, can you please confirm you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and reply back with your findings.
Thank you and have a great afternoon. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Christopher,
If you don’t already have a Google Webmaster account set up and tied to your WordPress website, I’d recommend doing so. Inside your Webmaster dashboard, you should be able to further troubleshoot this issue. Try resubmitting an updated sitemap as that usually helps alleviate this problem. I can confirm we don’t have any logged bugs at this time, so let me know what you find and we’ll go from there.
Thanks and have a great afternoon. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
I brought this thread to the attention of my support team staff and the consensus is this is just too far outside what we’re able to offer. It’s most definitely possible, but would require customizations. I recommend reviewing our Themer’s Guide and reaching out to the author(s) of The Events Calendar Category Colors plugin to see if they have any examples or can help further assist.
If it’s something outside your level of expertise, I invite you to review our list of customizers. Have a good week ahead and thanks for your patience while we explored our options. Cheers!

ModeratorHi and welcome 🙂
At this time, there is no way for the admin to alter the attendee information other than going into the database and doing so manually. It’s always best practice to back up prior to making these kinds of changes.
Please let me know if this helps answer your question and if you have any additional questions. Have a great afternoon!

ModeratorHi Rosemary!
I hope you’re having a great day. I attempted to reproduce the behavior and had my error console open to see if any issues came up, but everything worked properly for me. Can you please confirm you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and reply back with your findings.
While you have the default WP theme and only our plugins active, try accessing your System Information again. It did come through when you created your post and from what I can tell, everything looks normal to me.
Keep me updated and have a great afternoon. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
I wish I could give an educated guess, but the best I can say is hopefully within the next 6 months. I took a look at the progress and there appears to be more work ahead before we can get it included in a feature release.
Sorry I can’t be more precise and thanks for understanding. Have a good afternoon!

ModeratorHey Florian,
You’ve made very good points, so I’d at least recommend reviewing the latest Release Notes and if you still have questions about the status of a report, go ahead and create a new thread.
While we don’t offer trial periods, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee. So if you didn’t end up needing the plugin, we’d take it back no questions asked.
Let me know if you’ve got any more questions. Take care!

ModeratorHey Michael,
Thank you for your patience. Try adding the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php file and it should deselect the Ticket category when creating a new ticket. Let me know how it works out and have a good afternoon. Cheers!
function tribe_events_remove_default_category_for_edd_tickets( $event_id, $ticket, $raw_data, $classname ) {if ( ! empty( $ticket ) && isset( $ticket->ID ) ) {
wp_remove_object_terms( $ticket->ID, 'Ticket', 'download_category' );
}
