    Hey Rick,

I don’t have any plugins in mind, but know there is a plugin for almost anything you want/need to do with WooCommerce. I hope this clarifies my statement and have a good rest of the day 🙂

    Welcome back,

I’m sorry, but I am a little confused by your last response. If possible, can you try asking the question in other words? I’m guessing here, but you could create a page (something like http://your-site.com/dallas) and add a shortcode displaying events taking place in Dallas. An example would look something like this: [tribe_events_list city=”Dallas”]

Please let me know if this helps and enjoy the rest of the weekend!

    Hi Joseph,

Welcome back to our support forums. I imagine what you’ve described is possible, but this sounds like something you’d have to test out yourself and see how it goes. I’d start by searching the forums to see if you can find examples of it being done. Another option would be to visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submit it as a request.

Sorry we can’t be of more help in this instance and best of luck. If you do get caught up along the way and need assistance, feel free to create a thread specific to what you need and we’d be glad to take a look. For more information on what’s covered on the support forums, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.

Thank you and have a great weekend ahead. Cheers!

    Hi Dave,

Thank you for reaching out via our Pre-Sales Questions channel! To answer simply… yes. We have outlined the entire process of checking in attendees for events, including examples and screenshots on our Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees Knowledgebase article. Please take a moment and review it and let me know if it helps clarify how the plugin works.

If you still have any questions, send them over and I’d be happy to answer them. Lastly, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, so if things don’t work out as planned, we’d be happy to refund your purchase.

Have a great weekend ahead and thanks again. Cheers!

    Hi Michael,

Welcome back! You should have the option to upload a .csv file when you visit Events > Import > CSV File. (see screenshot below)

I see you’re running the latest versions of TEC and PRO, but can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you learn? This will help whether a theme and/or plugin conflict is in play and help identify more specifically where the conflict is coming from.

Have a great weekend ahead and thank you for choosing PRO. Cheers!

    Hey Rick,

Welcome to our Pre-Sales Questions channel and thank you for reaching out. Based on what you’ve described, I don’t think it would be too difficult to achieve a constant ticket price, though it may take additional plugins and/or custom code to make it happen. While we’re limited on the level of customizations we can provide, we’re always willing to lend a helping hand where possible.

If it gets beyond the amount of support we can provide and your level of expertise, we have a list of customizers available to help provide further assistance.

I hope this helps clear up your question and let me know if anything needs more clarification and if you have any additional questions. Enjoy the upcoming weekend and thanks again. Cheers!

    Hi and welcome back 🙂

I’m not having the same troubles you’ve described, so before we go any further I’ll need you to review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you learn. Once we have more information on where the conflict is coming from, we’ll have a better idea on how to proceed.

Thank you and have a wonderful weekend. Cheers!

    Hey Filip,

Welcome to our premium plugin support forums and thank you for your purchase! The plugin does not behave the way you’ve described. There is no flow from site registration into adding events. This is something you would need to set up yourself. More details on how the plugin works can be found by visiting the links below. I encourage you to review them in depth and if you still have questions, feel free to send them over.

If this customization gets beyond your level of expertise, we have a list of customizers available to help further assist.

Lastly, you can see what’s covered on the support forums by reviewing our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article. Best of luck and have a great upcoming weekend. Cheers!

    Hey Andrew,

Welcome back and I hope you had a good week. We had an issue relating to what you’ve described and I’m seeing in the screenshot, but it was addressed in version 4.3.3. Can you update to the latest versions for all of our plugins and let me know if the issue still occurs?

If you do encounter the same behaviors after updating, please review the Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you learn. Please include your updated System Information as a private reply.

Have a great upcoming weekend. Cheers!

    Hello!

Welcome back and sorry to hear about the troubles. I see you checked ‘Yes’ to both reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as recommended in the Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this? It is a required step and will help narrow down the source of conflict.

Can you add the following lines of code to your wp-config.php file and visit the Attendee list (same screen as the one in the screenshot you shared with me)? Hopefully this can help point us in the right direction.

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

Thanks and have a great upcoming weekend. Cheers!

    Hey Chris,

Welcome back and sorry to hear you’re having troubles. I would recommend checking out the Bulk Delete plugin to help clean up the deleted events. Let me know if this solution helps.

As for stopping the CSV import while it’s importing; I’m not really sure about this one. I’ll be sure to ask some other support team members if they have any ideas as I wasn’t able to find any examples of it being done in past threads.

Once I hear back about how the Bulk Delete plugin works, I should have an answer for you about stopping the CSV import. To request a “stop import” feature, please head over to our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submit/upvote the idea there.

Have a great weekend ahead and take care. Cheers!

    Hi Robert,

Thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! To identify the exact source of conflict, please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings.

Once we have the results from that, we’ll have a better idea on how to resolve the issue. Please note we are limited on these types of support requests, but I’ll do the best I can to help. For what is covered here on the support forums, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.

Have a great weekend ahead and thanks again. Cheers!

    Hey Lee,

Welcome to our premium plugin forums and thank you for your purchase! I’d be happy to help answer the questions best I can.

    1. In the edit events page can the events be listed on landing to show closest date? Currently it shows furthest date.

Check out our Advanced Post Manager plugin. It adds all sorts of filters for the back end events list.

    2. If he uses ‘related events’ the dates would be best filtered to the closest related events, again they seem to furthest away.

We have a feature report logged aimed to improve the Related Events feature. I’ve added this forum thread to the report which helps increase the likeliness of it being developed sooner rather than later. I unfortunately don’t have a concrete date on when you can expect this improvement in an upcoming release, but please keep an eye on our Release Notes and plugin changelogs.

I would also visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submit/upvote the idea. This again will help increase the odds.

I hope this helps and have a great upcoming weekend. Cheers!
