ParticipantHey Ashley,
Thanks for clarifying this. At this time there is no way to get that feature without buying a license for Events Calendar Pro outright. π I am sorry to disappoint!

ParticipantHey Ben,
I’m sorry to disappoint again, but we have still not been able to recreate this problem. I am very sorry for the trouble. π

ParticipantHey Tac,
Thanks for your followup.
Do you have any plan in near future to get this?
At this time there is no such plan. π
Is there a way to send a copy of the email to admin everytime a ticket email is triggered?
Sort-ofβyou could custom-code a solution or hire someone to make such customizations for you, or you might find a plugin like this one useful ? https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
I haven’t used that one specifically, it’s just a general recommendation and you can try it out or alternatives if you find them.
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantThanks for sharing your progress! I’m glad things are resolved for the most part here.
In regards to that additional small bug, that is something we can definitely ticket and get fixed in an upcoming release. I will investigate that; make a development ticket if I find what you describe; and we can hopefully patch that up in a maintenance release down the line.
Thanks for sharing that. Best of luck with your project!

ParticipantSounds good! I’ll close up this thread but don’t hesitate to open a new thread any time if other questions/comments/concerns arise.

ParticipantHey Ashley,
Thanks for reaching out. You say, “my client really wants the calendar-view widget, rather than just the list.” Can you clarify what you mean by “the calendar-view widget”? Can you share links to where you see this on our sites or elsewhere, and perhaps also share a screenshot of this widget in action somewhere?
I just want to make sure I totally understand what you are referring to.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Alister,
Thanks for the followup.
You say this: “I did not install anything else but event calendar and calendar pro.”
But then you say this: “Every event I have came with a ‘register’ button.”
Our plugins don’t add a register button, so that button is coming from your theme or another plugin. I would recommend contacting your theme developer for more assistance regarding this button and its functionality.
Cheers!

ParticipantHey @mattboggs,
Thanks for reaching out!
The closest thing our ticketing plugins provide here would be to create an event every single day that the Museum open. It can “start” when the Museum opens, and “end” when the Museum closes.
Then, sell tickets on each day’s “event”.
Our ticketing plugins only sell tickets on specific events, so something like the above solution would be necessary.
As for “scam-free”, it’s of course impossible to make any ticket truly scam-free, any computer “un-hackable”, any car “accident-free”, etc. Someone with enough determination and resources could scam tickets anywhere.
But our plugins do make it rather hard and as long as you operate with best security practices on your WordPress site itself, our tickets are unique and can only be scanned with QR Codes once; can only be checked-in once; etc.
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantSorry to hear this! Can you confirm the license key you are trying to add? Be sure to check the “Set as private reply” option here before you post your reply so that the license key is not visible to the world π
Thanks,

ParticipantHey Marco!
Try adding this line of CSS to the bottom of your theme’s style.css fileβdo NOT put it inside a media query! Just have it outside a media query and it should work fine across all devices etc.:
table.tribe-events-tickets tr.tribe-tickets-attendees-list-optout {
display: none !important;
}
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantSorry to hear this, @Denise!
When you say, “even after I set the display amount to 10,” can you clarify where and how you are setting the “display amount”? Where does this setting exist for you? If possible, please take a screenshot of this option and share that screenshot here.
Next, if you temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Sixteen, and then look at your events list page again, is the number still limited to 2 events?
Thanks,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantSorry to hear this! I took a look at your site but could not spot an obvious cause of this. To help investigate, then, can you post your site’s complete, un-edited System Information to this thread? Here’s how ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Cheers!
