Event Registration Email

Hi,

What happens when someone registers for the event where does it go. I see no option to choose what email address teh registration goes to, and the default email address on my WordPress is not receiving a notification or update when people register. I have event calendar and pro.

Hey Alister,

Do you mean registering for the event with the RSVP feature provided by the plugin Event Tickets? Or some other “registering” feature? Please specify this.

As for the where the registration goes to, if the user enters their email address then it should normally just be sent to the email address they enter.

Hi,

Yes I am talking about RSVP’ing to events from the event calendar plug in. I did not install anything else but event calendar and calendar pro. Every event I have came with a “register” button. I want to be able to see all the people who have registered for my event. That is my question there is no place I can see this, there is no confirmation email I get (as the admin) when someone RSVPs.

Now when people registers for the event (on the right side), I have no way of knowing, I do not get an email, and there isnt a list anywhere. How can I know how many people has registered for this event if i have no way of seeing it?

Hey Alister,

Thanks for the followup.

You say this: “I did not install anything else but event calendar and calendar pro.”

But then you say this: “Every event I have came with a ‘register’ button.”

Our plugins don’t add a register button, so that button is coming from your theme or another plugin. I would recommend contacting your theme developer for more assistance regarding this button and its functionality.
