ParticipantOn the graphical calendar page, the present month displays, but if I try to go back or forward a month, I get the spinning ball.

ParticipantSorry to hear this! I took a look at your site but could not spot an obvious cause of this. To help investigate, then, can you post your site’s complete, un-edited System Information to this thread? Here’s how ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Cheers!

ParticipantThank you!
What do you find if you perform the complete set of steps outlined here? ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
After EACH STEP in that process, try recreating this problem and see if issues persist.
Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

ParticipantHi, sorry, your reply didn’t make it to my inbox.
I have done all the steps above… changed the theme, disabled plugins, cleared cache, with the same result. I had updated calendar to the newest version also.
Also checked site in a different browser.

ParticipantI’m sorry to hear that, and cannot recreate the behavior.
The only other thing standing out to me is your site’s version of WordPress, which your system information shows as version 4.4.3. The current version is 4.5.2—if you update this to the latest version, does anything improve?
Thanks!

ParticipantSorry this took long to reply to. I’m not getting notices of your replies in email.
WP is 4.5.2 and the problem persists.

Also, when I am logged in making changes to the site, i can go to the next month, but when I am logged out, it doesn’t work.

ParticipantHi, I have updated both Events Calendar plugins and still have this problem.
June 9, 2016 at 4:18 pm #1124820George
ParticipantHey Meg,
Thank you for updating!
I went to http://www.stmichaels-vt.org/events/ and was able to page back and forth through months without issue. Can you clarify what you find, and link to specific pages where the problems occur?
Thank you,
GeorgeJune 9, 2016 at 4:26 pm #1124827Jeanie Crosby
ParticipantHi George,
That’s puzzling to me, I’ve tried this page in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, and always get the attached when I try to navigate to the next month by clicking the arrows.
I have cleared caches and refreshed.
