    Hi, I mistakenly purchased the wrong plugin feature and you guys exchanged it for me for the Community Addons Plugin. Now when I attempt to enter the new license key into the plugin, I get a a “License not Valid” error, can you please help with this.

    Sorry to hear this! Can you confirm the license key you are trying to add? Be sure to check the “Set as private reply” option here before you post your reply so that the license key is not visible to the world 😉
