Number of events not displaying as specified

Hi, I am trying to display 10 events (maybe more). However, the plugin seems to get stuck at only showing 2. Even after I set the display amount to 10.

When you say, “even after I set the display amount to 10,” can you clarify where and how you are setting the “display amount”? Where does this setting exist for you? If possible, please take a screenshot of this option and share that screenshot here.

Next, if you temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Sixteen, and then look at your events list page again, is the number still limited to 2 events?
