ParticipantI’m sorry to hear this, @Gary!
Does anything change if you activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Sixteen?

ParticipantHey Gregg,
I can switch out the licenses for you, but it sounds like you are looking to have a license for BOTH Events Calendar Pro and Community Events?
You say:
Also, now that I see the Pro plug-in, I’d like to upgrade to that plug-in. Do I need to pay the full price or is there an upgrade price?
To be clear, Events Calendar Pro is not an upgrade to The Events Calendar. It is a separate add-on. So, The Events Calendar will remain active on your site all of the time. If you want the features that Events Calendar Pro adds, then you would need to buy a license for that. If you want the features that Community Events provides, you would need to buy a separate license for that.
Then you would install Events Calendar Pro and Community Events on your site alongside The Events Calendar.
Does this help clarify things? Let me know! 😀

ParticipantHey @Sean,
The QR code is generated by a PHP library called phpqrcode—so if you want to modify the output of the QR code itself, you would have to dive into the code of that library (which is in the /vendor directory of the Events Calendar Pro plugin files).
There is no way to go about making such customizations without modifying core plugin files. 🙁
Sorry to disappoint!

ParticipantHey @Sean,
You can check “Set as private reply” before posting anything here; this will make that reply visible to ONLY you and to the support team.
☝️ Is this acceptable?

ParticipantSorry to hear this, @Sean.
Can you post your site’s System Information to help me investigate further? Here’s how to do that ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

ParticipantHey Karelle,
Thanks for reaching out. We unfortunately do not offer tech support for the nonprofit licenses. To receive full support access, you must purchase a premium license.
This is clarified on this page about the program: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/do-you-offer-discounts-for-nonprofit-organizations/
I will close this thread since we cannot provide support for nonprofit licenses; but in closing, I would like to mention that it may be worth contacting your web host about the issue you describe here, as it sounds like it could be something going wrong on the server level.
Sincerely,
GeorgeJune 7, 2016 at 9:18 am in reply to: Calendar showed empty & and posts have only "white page" #1123376George
ParticipantVery weird, indeed—that sounds like something related to your site’s own configurations and/or a theme or other plugin conflict, so I will close this thread for now since the issues are resolved for now.
If other issues arise, come back and open a new thread any time!
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Greg,
I have posed questions about this to our team, which includes Geoff B. specifically. Our team does not only exist on the support forums, but in private communication channels as well. We are investigating this issue.
I do not have a specific “here’s why this is happening” response yet, but am actively working on this.
One of the things our team has reported back is that BOTH category URLs should work. I can “escalate” this thread to another team member if you insist, but if you would like to work on trying to figure out the technical issues here, can you please post your “System Information” to this thread? Here is how to do that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Greg,
We cannot log into customer sites, so I have not asked for login information.
As for not investigating your problem, to be clear I am making a ticket so that our developers can investigate this problem. I am attempting to recreate it on my local site as well.

ParticipantTotally! Send us an email at support at the events calendar dot come with a link back to this thread for reference and I will follow up with you there. 😀
Please remember to include a link to this thread in your email!

ParticipantHey @Juan,
I would recommend deleting these three plugins:
• The Events Calendar
• Events Calendar Pro
• Filter BarDelete all three and then have another look at your site.
If issues persist on your site after all three of these plugins are deleted, then the issues remaining are related to your theme and other plugins because our code will be gone and thus not affecting things any longer.
Start with deleting ALL THREE of these plugins and let us know what you find—we can take another look at the state of things from there!
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Greg,
If you have set things up exactly according to this article, and still have issues: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/
Then it seems like there is a bug here and I am reporting this for our developers to investigate. I will share more about why this might be happening and what possible solutions might exist.
Sorry for the trouble here! Stay tuned.

ParticipantI’m glad you’ve found a workaround for now, @Hans!
