    How do we purchase a license in order to get support? Use the license key we already have? Get a new one?
    Some calendar events have multiplied like viruses with some events showing 100+ duplications on a particular day and multiple days of those dupes, bulk delete doesn’t and the calendar is unusable as is and of course this is our busy season.
    I’ve tried many of the suggestions I found in the forums but none of them have worked or they don’t suit this situation. AND I need to know what happened so I can ensure it never happens again.

    Thanks for reaching out. We unfortunately do not offer tech support for the nonprofit licenses. To receive full support access, you must purchase a premium license.

    I will close this thread since we cannot provide support for nonprofit licenses; but in closing, I would like to mention that it may be worth contacting your web host about the issue you describe here, as it sounds like it could be something going wrong on the server level.
