Issue with Events Map and Google API

I was missing the API key and found the solutions for that. Now I’m getting a new bug.

Map will not show on these pages:

The url is working sometimes:
https://www.googleapis.com/geolocation/v1/geolocate?key=AIzaSyCXXq145AY8s4Fjsp2XmALZanwQNv_eTpQ&ver=4.5.2
This url is sometimes a 404 and sometimes I get JQMigrate.

Does anything change if you activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Sixteen?

I have updated our Avada theme to 4.0.1. I reinstalled the 2016 theme and the map does show on that.
After the upgrade to Avada 4.0.1, I am not unable to see the Events admin category or get the plugin to activate. I tried switching to the the 2016 theme and activating the plugin but it still doesn’t work. Please advise.

3. If issues are persisting on other pages, please perform these steps:
• Update The Events Calendar to 4.2, which just came out today.
• Update Events Calendar Pro to 4.2, which just came out today.
