ParticipantSounds good, Florian. I wish you the best of luck with this project!
I will close this thread for now, but if other questions or issues ever arise, open a new thread any time!
Sincerely,

ParticipantThanks for exchanging ideas hereโsupport for multiple calendars is indeed something we hope to implement at some point.
Best of luck with your project in the meantime!

ParticipantHey Integrity,
Thanks for your patience hereโI took some time to carefully reproduce your problems and am sorry to report that we indeed have a bug here. ๐
I produced the exact problem you did, and have since updated our Known Issues page (https://theeventscalendar.com/known-issues/) and created a bug ticket for our developers.
I tried to see if I could make a quick code fix to hold us over for an official fix, but was not able to do so. So we unfortunately have to sit tight here while our developers work on this.
This is a high priority issue since event duplication can impact site performance and such. So sorry for the trouble!
Stay tuned to this thread for updates, and please let me know if there is anything else I can try to help with in the meantime!
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Robphat,
Thanks for confirming this!
There are indeed some recommended steps to transition from WooCommerce Tickets to Event Tickets Plus without causing any issues.
We have covered how to do this transition in detail here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
Replacing the plugins is only one of the steps required, so please do read that page and follow its recommendations closely.
I hope this information helps! Keep me posted if any specific questions arise along the way.

ParticipantHey @Integrity,
I’m sorry to hear this!
I cannot recreate this sort of behavior, so I’m wondering:
1. Can you share the system information of the site on which these problems occur? Here is how to do that โ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
2. Can you share a screenshot of the “Time and Date” section of the edit screen for an event on which these problems occur? To clarify, this “Time and Date” section is where the recurrence rules are configured. So if you can find a recurring event that has these issues, share a screenshot of the complete “Time and Date” section to show its complete configuration. Here is an example of what a “Time and Date” screenshot might look like โ https://cldup.com/JLJmZjrBFx-3000×3000.png
You can share screenshots uploading the images to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
Thanks!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Frederic,
Thanks for reaching out!
Disabling zoom on maps is possible but unfortunately only with some custom coding. ๐
I say “unfortunately” because we cannot help with custom coding, so you have to handle custom coding on your own, but I have elaborated on the code required for disabling zooming and scrolling on maps here in this other thread:
I hope you find that code helpful!
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Conor!
Thanks for reaching out.
Can you share a screenshot of the specific ticket count display you are trying to hide? I just want to make sure I provide the best support possible here by knowing exactly what you are referring to.

ParticipantI’m sorry to hear this, @robphat!
Yes, WooCommerce Tickets is expiring so that should not be renewed. We should actually make it impossible to renew!
For now, I have refunded your WooCommerce Tickets renewal charge — if you would like, you can now buy a renewal for Event Tickets Plus properly and have that go through normally. Your Event Tickets Plus is will be active until August 20th, so you have until this date to renew it at the $62 price point.
I hope this helps! ๐

ParticipantThank you for confirming that, Davidโit looks like our own plugin’s API syncing issues are indeed the culprit here, then. Stay tuned to this thread; I will post updates as soon as we learn more!

GeorgeAugust 8, 2016 at 9:32 am in reply to: Calendar not appearing when using Organic Shop theme #1149024George
ParticipantHey Alice,
Thanks for reporting this. If the issue only arises when the Organic theme is active, then that theme itself is the source of the problem. We do not make that theme, so for assistance in trying to figure out the problem within that theme’s code I would recommend contacting the Organic theme support team primarily.
They should be able to help!
In the meantime, if you can email a .zip of your theme to support at theeventscalendar dot com with a link back to this forum thread for reference, then we may be able to take a look and try to spot any obvious problems within the theme code that could be causing the issue.
I cannot guarantee finding the problem, of course, but just wanted to note that I’m happy to at least give it a try.
Reach out to the Organic theme support team, send us a copy of the theme over email as described above (please a link back to this forum thread for reference!), and hopefully we can make some progress here.
Cheers!

ParticipantHey David!
Thanks for reaching out.
Our plugins unfortunately do not allow for multiple calendars at this time. ๐
I’m sorry to disappoint!
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can try to help with.

ParticipantHey @Npappagiorgio,
I’m really sorry to hear about this!
Our plugins unfortunatley use the wp_delete_post() WordPress function to delete tickets. You can read more about this function here ? https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_delete_post()
I say “unfortunately” because we set the second function parameter to “true”, which if you read on that link above means that the “Trash” is skipped and the tickets are force-deleted. Thus there is unfortunately no way to restore the deleted tickets. ๐
I am sorry to bear the bad news!
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge

ParticipantHey Javier,
Sorry to hear about these issues!
I cannot recreate theme on my own site, so I’m curious about what you mention here:
Something I noticed is that I can go back and see the event page and also see the progress bar doing the updates on the recurring events
1. โ๏ธ To help me more closely test your issues, can you share a screenshot of the “Time & Date” section of the event meta box for the event on which you have this 500 error? This “Time & Date” section should show ALL of your event’s recurrence rules. I will use the screenshot to try and replicate them exactly and see what I find.
2. Can you confirm what happens if you try to publish a non-recurring event? For testing purposes, make just one simple even that occurs on one day, and has no recurrence. Any issues when you “publish” this event?
Thanks!
