ParticipantSo I just renewed WooCommerce Tickets, but then I saw that it said it was retired, and that Event Tickets Plus is replacing it. Then I saw in my account that Events Tickets Plus is about to expire also. Should I have renewed Event Tickets Plus, and NOT Woocommerce Tickets? If so, can you please apply the payment to Event Tickets Plus?

Yes, WooCommerce Tickets is expiring so that should not be renewed. We should actually make it impossible to renew!
For now, I have refunded your WooCommerce Tickets renewal charge — if you would like, you can now buy a renewal for Event Tickets Plus properly and have that go through normally. Your Event Tickets Plus is will be active until August 20th, so you have until this date to renew it at the $62 price point.

ParticipantThanks. I just renewed Event Tickets Plus. So do I now need to uninstall WooCommerce Tickets and Install Event Tickets Plus, and if so, do I need to reformat any of the WooCommerce products I was using this to sell tickets with?

There are indeed some recommended steps to transition from WooCommerce Tickets to Event Tickets Plus without causing any issues.

Replacing the plugins is only one of the steps required, so please do read that page and follow its recommendations closely.
