Disabling zoom on maps is possible but unfortunately only with some custom coding. 🙁

I say “unfortunately” because we cannot help with custom coding, so you have to handle custom coding on your own, but I have elaborated on the code required for disabling zooming and scrolling on maps here in this other thread:

Disable zooming/scrollwheel on "Map View"
