Hello,
I was on my mobile device and deleted a ticket by mistake. As a result, all the purchased tickets are showing (deleted) after them. They are no longer included in the total count. Most importantly, the deleted tickets are not being pulled in an export that is scheduled to go to all event staff, twice a day.
I re-created the ticket with the same SKU, but it did not fix it.
Is there a fix with a database edit that would return things to normal or at least merge the tickets together?
