    Hello,

    I was on my mobile device and deleted a ticket by mistake. As a result, all the purchased tickets are showing (deleted) after them. They are no longer included in the total count. Most importantly, the deleted tickets are not being pulled in an export that is scheduled to go to all event staff, twice a day.

    I re-created the ticket with the same SKU, but it did not fix it.

    Is there a fix with a database edit that would return things to normal or at least merge the tickets together?

    Hey @Npappagiorgio,

    I’m really sorry to hear about this!

    Our plugins unfortunatley use the wp_delete_post() WordPress function to delete tickets. You can read more about this function here ? https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_delete_post()

    I say “unfortunately” because we set the second function parameter to “true”, which if you read on that link above means that the “Trash” is skipped and the tickets are force-deleted. Thus there is unfortunately no way to restore the deleted tickets. 🙁
