    Hey there,

    We imported a bunch of events using the Eventbrite Ticket plugin but the link to actually purchase the tickets is not showing up on any of the event pages (See: http://www.cthnyc.org/event/fit-for-a-queen-18/)

    How do we remedy this? Thank you!

    Hey @David,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We’ve been getting this reports this week of some syncing issues with the Eventbrite API and this could be related.

    To help us with this investigation, can you post your site’s complete System Information to this thread? Here is how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    We’ll take a peek under the hood with that information and continue from there.

    Unfortunately, deactivating the Eventbrite API plugin did not correct any of the issues.

    Thank you for confirming that, David—it looks like our own plugin’s API syncing issues are indeed the culprit here, then. Stay tuned to this thread; I will post updates as soon as we learn more!
