Good evening Joseph and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

I am not sure if you are experiencing the same issue, but let’s find out.

Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

In the meantime, perhaps you could give the following a try: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-browser-title-for-calendar-views/

Good evening Sean and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the H1 titles acting up on you.
I would love to help you with this topic.

For some reason, the screenshots do not seem to make it through.
Would you mind trying again but with a link to Dropbox or Google Drive ?

Another idea might be to send a few examples of URLs where this is happening on your current site.

In the meantime, I would recommend trying different setting for Events template under Events -> Settings -> Display to see if that helps

    Hang in there!

Good evening Brian and welcome back!

First off, thank you for your ongoing contribution to improve the German translations of our plugins.

It’s really appreciated and, most importantly, helps several other German speaking users of our plugins.

I will submit this to our language team to see how we can fix that.

Hang on as I follow-up for you on this.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Good evening Bill and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
The short answer to your question is almost. We are just getting ready to release a service for that.

I would highly recommend signing up for our release notices: http://m.tri.be/19qc

These examples are meant to be used in template overrides (custom view) files.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

The way this works is that you can any of the calendar’s view and tweak it precisely to your liking.

In this case the tweaking will be to set the number of events returned on any given view.

Additionally, there is a setting for that under Events -> Settings -> General and there is also one for all of our widgets (and widgets shortcodes).

Let me know how that goes.

Good evening Mike and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

How do I create the simple list as shown at https://theeventscalendar.com/showcase/kidsburgh/.

This is achieved using our mini-calendar widget (that comes with the Events Calendar Pro).
You can display it via a widget area or a shortcode (depending on your situation).

Here are 2 articles on this:

    1. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-the-calendar-widget/
    2. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

Good evening Sarah and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

I am trying to limit customers to purchasing only one ticket for each event but they can purchase more than one event

You could achieve that using a third-party WooCommerce plugin (which let’s you set minimum and maximum quantities for each WooCommerce product.

Another approach is simply to apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/075787fd6b427e1c47be0d756ca5b26c

But first to be extra safe, before making any changes to your functions.php file, you should make a backup of that file.

when they buy more than one ticket generally for another person the extra ticket or person does not have a section to answer the questions.

That is actually surprising, the additional attendee info should show up for every single ticket.
The only exception to that is if the quantity of tickets is changed while the customer is in the cart (we do have a snippet to prevent that as well).

Let me know how that goes.

Good evening Breda and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Does the event listing come off the calendar on the day it is occurring?

It depends on the view you are looking at. On most views, you will see an event until the end of the day of the event. On some widget views, the event will disappear once the start time is met.

Is there a setting to show the event on the calendar until 12 midnight of the date of the event?

That would definitely require some customization.

Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.

I believe the following thread would be a good starting point: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/list-upcoming-events-until-the-event-end-time/

If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

If people want to buy tickets on the same day they can’t if its not shown.

I agree with you, but in most cases it is possible to achieve just that.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Could you also provide me with a couple of examples where that’s the case on your site ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Good evening Aga and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the tickets not all being sent properly.
I would love to help you with this topic.

In all likelihood, this is caused by some form of spam filtering.

When that happens, the best solution is to have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.

Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.

Let me know how that goes.

    Good evening and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

There are a couple of ways to achieve this:

    1. Create a template override (custom view). You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
    2. Hide that text using CSS

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-events-photo .tribe-events-page-title, .tribe-events-photo .tribe-events-user-recurrence-toggle {display: none !important}

Let me know how that goes.
