MemberGood afternoon John,
This is totally my bad. I misunderstood your request, I apologize.
Currently, there is no built-in way to do this automatically.
That being said:- There is a User Voice feature request for that very purpose: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3762678-charge-for-event-submission . You are welcome to vote for it and your comments
- You could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood morning Andres,
Thank you for clarifying what you meant and for your invitation to log in to your website.
Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability.
I am still looking forward to helping you figure things out on this one. However we will have to go with a slightly more indirect approach (as suggested in my previous answer – screenshots and configurations). You can use something like Dropbox or Google Drive to share your screenshots.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberHey Sean,
You have a great point.
However, just to set expectations before we continue, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our wonderful customers started on the right track to customize their site to their liking and, of course, to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
With that in mind, the part that will be of interest to you is the following one: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/#tickets
To make a long story short, if you create a folder named /tribe-events/ in your WordPress theme (or child theme) and drop a copy of the file that handles ticket emails in it, that file will have priority over the one found in the plugin (including any changes you might make to it).
Teaching how to tweak a PHP file is beyond what I am able to do in this forum. The good news is that there are a ton of tutorials on WordPress template tweaking out there.
If you do not feel confortable with that idea, you might want to hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberHey BH,
Unfortunately we don’t have that specific an example that’s available on hand.
That being said, I have a suggestion and some good news for you:
- The best way to do this, in my opinion, is to actually have separate events for each of the potential times in a day (with the same event name of course). From there you can then use the recurrence rules (repetition) for each of these events. You can read more about recurrence rules here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
- The good news that thanks to our awesome refund policy, you are fully entitled to a refund within 30 days of your purchase. This means you can try it out risk-free and see if it fits your needs. To obtain the refund, you would just need to follow the procedure described here.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening BH and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. To make a long story short, what you need is our Pro add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
It allows you to repeat events with simple or complex rules including exceptions and specific dates.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

With that in mind, it is usually not recommended to include the CSS directly in your functions.php file (although it is possible). If you look for the H5 tag in the code, it would look something like
<h5 style="font-size:34px;">Let me know if that helps.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)
Second of all, if you don’t mind, could you share with us the iCal link you are importing from as well as a screenshot link of the message in question ?
Finally, are the events importing in batches recurring events by any chance ?
Best regards,

MemberHey Jayson,
You are in luck! My awesome colleague Brook took a look at this and suggested you would be interested in the following function that returns an array containing exactly what you are looking for!
Tribe__Tickets__Tickets::get_all_event_tickets( $event->ID );Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Andres and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing your system information.
First off, we are sorry that you are upset about the delay responding to your inquiry. This was not intended on our end.
Just to set expectations moving forward, as per our support policy document, we try our best at answering customers within a 24 to 48 hours timeframe during business days.
That being said, I would love to help you with this topic.
To answer your questions:
Is neccesary to install another plugin?
yuEvents Tickets Plus extends Events Tickets, so yes it is necessary to have both in place.
However, as per your other question, it is not necessary to install the Events Calendar for the tickets plugins to work.
In the custom post type don’t works, in the post yes but not display nothing on screen.
I would love some clarifications on this specific point.
When you say it works, do you mean that the Tickets metabox appears in a normal post, but not in the custom post ? (when using the Add new action)
Could you share with me some screenshot links of the details of your custom post type (so that I can run tests on my end) – in a private reply if you prefer ?
Could you also share with me some screenshots of the step-by-step process you are using while creating tickets for a normal post as well a screenshot of the shortcode you are using to display the ticket ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Gabi and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Would it be possible to use the plugin only one time to import our google calendar into the Events calendar on our wordpress site and then disconnect the google calendar?
Yes, absolutely, you have the choice to run one-time imports or scheduled imports. In your case the one-time import would be the appropriate choice.
Will all imported events remain loaded after disconnecting from Google calendar?
Yes they will.
In this case would you recommend buying a license only for 1 year, since we would not have to import any new events?
Yes, I would recommend it as a 1 year license also provides you with premium forum support and updates (which it looks like you will not need, but is still nice to have if you ever change your mind along the way).
Also, there is unfortunately no shorter license available at this time.
And am I correct, that it would be safe to perform future updates only for the Events calendar and not the iCal importer anymore?
Yes, you are correct. Once the events are imported using the iCal importer, they basically become standard the Events Calendar events and are completely separate from the Google Calendar events (except in the case where you are not using a one-time import of course).
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the string “Array” being displayed when no location is specified.
I would love to help you with this topic. This is actually a bug that was found and fixed a couple of versions ago. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)
That being said, I am pretty confident that upgrading to the a more recent version will fix the issue 🙂
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. How do I see what the customer sees as far as their tickets… and what they look like
The best way to see what the customer see would be to create a dummy order and making sure the order status is set to Complete (which is how the actual ticket email is triggered).
how to customize that?
Once that is done, I recommend going through our Themer’s guide and paying close attention to the Event Tickets section.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHey Matthew,
Oh I see, the reason why you can’t is because you are in the pre-sales forum (my bad).
In fact, I am not sure if you still have a premium licence still active with us. Could you tell me if that’s the case ?
If your premium pro license is no longer active, I am pretty sure this is what your issue is. Your version of Pro is probably not working properly with the latest version of our free plugin. You would have to either:
- Purchase a license for the new version of pro
- Downgrade your free version of the plugin to match the Pro version’s number
Best regards,
Geoff B.
